Rising Star, Cas Haley Gains Fans On America's Got Talent Show

In 2007, Cas Haley was a contestant on the U.S. reality television show, America's Got Talent. Cas amazed the audience in his very first performance: singing Sting's Walking on the Moon, a cappella. His runner-up standing didn't dash his dreams: he's got a growing fan base, concerts around the U.S., and a debut, self-titled release.

I absolutely loved watching Cas perform on AGT. He lit up the stage, and we felt it in our living room. From his first note, he's pure entertainment. You're watching a man in total immersion and love of his work. Passionate and talented.

His unique sound combines rock and reggae music, with acoustic and electric guitars. Fans have describe his music as reggae, rock, soul, and blues, and pop. He's definitely a musician across genres.

AGT wasn't his first 'gig', but it did introduce us to Cas. He seems humble, gracious, and talented. Cas released his first album in February 2008. Available through iTunes download, the album became #1 on the iTunes Reggae Charts! Released a month later as a Best Buy exclusive, the album reached #5 in total sales ... and in its first week!

Cas portrays his musical talent in subtle but determined ways. He shows gratitude that his wife supports his dream. Cas turned down a 'big money' deal at the end of AGT to pursue a track with other promoters.
