- I like to keep a container of nuts in the drawer of my desk because my illness involves muscular activity and I need a steady flow of protein in my body. I can easily munch on a couple of nuts throughout the day which really seems to help. Problem is keeping my husband out of my nut stash (I'm not sure that he understands the concept of "a few").

- Cashews and all nuts certainly have had a jump in price in the last few months but they are still a good investment, we are still getting the Planters Cashews in Sea Salt, its hard to eat just one! Nuts are an excellent snack choice because they are so satisfying as well as delicious.
