Ideal small camera, the Casio Exilim Camera Review and Tips
Ranked #7,330 in How-To, #76,731 overall
Great digital camera for quick picture taking
It is so easy to use - as long as you have the settings just right. So this lens is to show you just how it's done.
All the pictures on this lens were taken with this camera. No editing done to clean them up: just how they turned out.
Taking an indoor picture: Just a Christmas afternoon
The lighting is mostly the flash off the camera. You can see: perfectly light enough.
Tip 1: make quick pictures using 'easy mode'
Once you've put the settings on 'easy mode' the camera will figure everything out for you. It will figure out whether there's a person in the picture, whether to use flash etc.
Perfect for taking lots of pictures quickly. Of course if you are into making pictures with the precisely right settings, you will want to choose your settings yourself. But for me this is quite good enough.
The great thing about 'easy mode' is that it really is easy
Tip 2: use the memory card

I have this precise camera. It works great.
Outdoor pictures taken on a freezing cold day in December 2008
The only thing I added to the picture is the framing, the eye for the great light and a steady hand while standing on skates on the ice (I did have to discard one picture because it had moved).

This is possibly my favorite picture of the set I took that day. It captures the precise atmosphere: the dark color of the ice, the wide view and the white trees.

Compared to the previous picture, this one is better at capturing just how great the day was, how great the light was.
Remember to charge that battery!
The battery of this camera doesn't run out easily - which is precisely why you need to check every once in a while anyhow.
Tip 3: eBay Best Shot mode - for all your eBay sales
Just what you want if you are cleaning out the garage.
This camera in different colors
If you are shopping for price: the different colors are priced differently.
