SPACIOUS BUNGALOW: There are only 5 stand alone casitas. Luxury Island Living Featuring 2 large free-form, fresh water swimming pools with natural waterfalls and islands with pool bar, and Jacuzzi.

There is always someone asking if you need anything. Lush beach towels are offered and they are always well stocked. When guests arrive, they are always greeted at the airport or water taxi dock and given a ride to the resort in our boat. At the Coco Beach dock they are again greeted with cool towels and their luggage is immediately taken to their rooms while they head to the lobby to register and enjoy a delicious welcome fruit punch. The lobby is stunning and I believe that is a very important first impression. There is an area in the lobby that provides guests with the use of two very high speed Internet computers (at no extra cost). The resort is wired for WiFi, so if you bring your own laptop, you can use it in the comfort of your room. The gift shop is top notch. It is run and supplied by the Belizean Arts shop in Fido's. All very high quality. Local artists come up and paint in the lobby. Guests can meet the artist and watch him at work before purchasing one of his/her pieces. A very nice and classy touch.

Beach: The swim up bar is like no other - just look at it! Food is currently brought over from Belizean Shores until our restaurant is completed in April.

The gardener is amazing and takes pride in keeping the resort grounds looking gorgeous. He has his own nursery in back (lagoon side) to start seedlings, trees and flowers. It will always be blooming and exotic at Coco Beach.

Casita means "little home" in Spanish and this is as close as you can get while having all the benefits of residing in a luxury resort. No neighbors above you, below you or on either side. No common walls.

Balinese furniture from Indonesia, tiles from Spain and 100% Egyptian cotton linen, as well as Belizean hardwood cabinets and granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

wall mounted Samsung LCD TV in the bedroom area and many more built-ins that the other casitas just don't have.
Owner's Storage (we have the only keys) is wired and plumbed for washer/dryer

There is a full time security guard from 7pm to 7am every night. He is constantly moving around the property and is in uniform.
