The horizontal carpeted beams provide a sturdy framework for walking and jumping. A Spring Action Toy is set in one of the end caps.

Both the Condos and Hammocks are supported by eight Velcro straps, which will support the heaviest cat. The color of the condo and hammock is designed to accent any home decor.

The carpeted 13.5" beams are easily cleaned with a wet cloth or squeegee and are individually replaceable in the event that any are destroyed through repeated scratching, as are the hammocks.

Cat Cottage Triplex with Raised Foundation

The Cat Cottage Triplex is the "cat's meow" for multiple cat owners. With three separate compartments, this triplex can comfortably house three to six cats, depending on their size. Each unit has a floor size of 20 x 19 and the "upper suite" features a lounging ledge (which also serves as a weather shelter for the bottom two door entrances). The round doors come with vinyl flaps installed.

Raised Foundation
The Raised Foundation for the Cat Cottage Triplex is made of full sized frame members (2" x 3"). The posts and frame members are lifetime pressure treated lumber for ground contact. The decking is rich western red cedar planking which really compliments our beautiful cedar Cat Cottage Triplex.

The Raised Foundation is large enough to accompany the Cat Cottage and still provide a front deck area of 12" x 41". The Raised Foundation is a beautiful addition to the Cat Cottage Triplex.

A heated pet pad is absolutely the safest, most reliable and energy efficient method to provide your pet with a comfortable warm environment during the coldest of winters.

Depending on the pad size, the electricity needed to operate the pad is the same as one light bulb (15 watts). We recommend that the heated pet pads not be more than half the floor size of the cat house so that the pet can either get off completely or partially as he chooses. The internal thermostat keeps the temperature at a desirable 102 degrees when in use.

This cat pad, indoor or outdoor, is a small 9x12 inch pad that beautifully fits in our 17", 20" or Cat Cottage. It is a hard ABS Plastic pad so as to resist claws and chewing. The first 18 inches of the power cord are steel wrapped for added protection. Most often the pad is covered with your cat's favorite, thin, open weave blanket or fabric to make the house environment even more enhancing.

When you purchase a heated pet pad with a house, we will prep the house for the electric cord with a bug and moisture resistant hold plug at no charge.
