How to Make a Cat Friendly Christmas Tree

Ranked #16,014 in Home & Garden, #226,231 overall

Let your cat play without the stress!

You know how it is. The cat sees all the shiny, dangling things on the tree and that's the end of your Christmas ornaments. They're no longer on the tree - their on the floor.

Some of them may even be broken. You see, the tree itself makes for a very intriguing toy - especially for a climber. Our cat climbs, bats at the ornaments, and chases them around the room. We learned early on that we needed to make the tree cat friendly or else having a tree would be too stressful. :)

I have seven indoor, rescue bunnies and I totally agree with your comment "If you can't beat them, join them". Life is so much easier this way. Great advice, works for bunnies too.
