- We have four cats at my house and emptying the kitty litter every day is part of my regular household duties. So, your lens title caught my eye right away! The cat litter boxes made like furniture are something else! I have never seen any like that. Maybe one day soon I'll upgrade to a self-cleaning box. That would be nice. Nice lens!

- Sure wish my mom had had a Cat Genie, but they may have come on the market after she died. I'm just wondering what happens if your cat decides she doesn't like the Cat Genie after you've got it bought and connected. You did say there's no assurance your cat will like this present -- whichever one you choose.

- We had a self cleaning one and it lasted about a year and a half. For the $89 I spent on it, it didn't do a very good job either. Right now we have a regular litter box with a lid and a door, but I'm hoping to find a good automatic one soon.

- My anxious cat would hate the self-cleaning ones and doesn't like the ones with lids. My other cat just wants it clean, I mean really clean or she leaves us presents. Right now the biggest problem is that we live in an RV and the litter is being dragged around the house. I have a litter mat but that only helps a little. Oh well, the price we pay to have our kitties.
