Making sure your cat is healthy
When there is a behavior that warrants cat behavior modification, you want to first check with your veterinarian to make sure it is not a medical problem. Alot of medical issues can manifest themselves as behavioral problems. An example of this would be if the cat stopped using the litter box and started urinating in other places. This could be a signal of a urinary tract infection. In cases such as this, there may be a simple solution but only a vet could tell you.
