It is designed for those who have been working out for a while and need to move their fitness to another level and challenge themselves.

The first set of exercises are standing workouts, where you do lunges, firewalkers, low pulse lunges and one legged squats.

Will I get bored using Cathe Friedrich's Butts and Guts exercise dvd?
To be absolutely honest, I stiil cannot do all the exercises in this video in one go. I can mange the standing workouts very well but by the time I get to the floor work, my legs are heavy and "on fire"
This ball exercise video will add variety to your exercise routines, but for me one of the reasons I love Cathe 's exercise video is that I can work out in the comfort of my own home, no travel, or expensive gym membership and I get the same intensity as working out in a gym. I love it.
Cathe Friedrich's Firewalkers
This exercise involves an exercise band which you tie around the ankles. You tie the band round you ankles in such a way that you can hold on to the excess length of the band while standing upright as shown below.
Now take four steps to the right, four to the left and repeat 6 times. Then get into the squat position still with the band around your ankle and repeat 6 times each way. Believe me when I say you will feel the burn.

Overall, I can assure you that you will not regret buying this video. I whole-heartedly recommend it. You even get some bonus sections included, one of the bonus section is on exercising the waist using balls.

Muscle Max is approximately 72 minutes in length and it targets the entire body.It is a moderate to heavy weight training workout that focuses on that focuses on effective basics and is sequenced in a manner to deliver results fast.

- I love Cathe Friedrich. I discovered her about a year ago and in the mean time have bought nearly all her dvds. Butt and Gutts is a great one. I never knew there were so many different exercises you could do. And it works!!! My butt was sore for days afterwards.
