The thing I really adore about her is the fact that every new dvd is better than the previous one.

Body Max 2 is a 97 minutes ling high intensity cardio program that works all the major muscles of the body including the upper and lower body.

The workout video is divided into 4 segment called circuits. Each circuit is further divided into a step and a lower body session, each lasting about 2 minutes each.

The step segments are really easy to learn, fun and you can modify it as you go along This workout is quaranteed to get your day started and you will definitely be sweating by the time this workout session is over.

Body Max 2 will surely get your heart pumping.

Does Cathe Friedrich dvds deserve my hard earned cash?

You bet it does!

What more can I say? How else can you describe a fitness instructor who is willing to give well over two hours of intense workout on one DVD? Fantastic is the word that comes to mind. Examples of exercises in these dvds are tricep push ups, dips, dead lift, squats, hammer punch lunges, barbell curls etc.

I have been using Cathe Friedrich dvd for years now and I find them effective. Motivating but most of all they deliver results fast.

    I love Cathe Friedrich. I have tried heaps of her DVDs and I have never had such awesome results before with any other instructor. I am in the process of doing her STS heavy weights program at the moment and I must say that after 20 years of exercising I have never looked better!
