Looking Through The Eyes Of Cats... Classroom Kid's Game
If you have ever watched your house cat very long then you have probably noticed already that even when they seem to be quite content with whatever it is that they are doing (or even when their doing nothing at all), the thinking cap is always on and they are constantly planning their next move.

You're Right ! You're Right ! You Picked The Right One, The African Lion, Laying Down In The Sun
Let me tell you what life is like for me, the African Lion...
For The Kids...
The women go hunting, the cubs play by my side,
-but if I get too hungry, they all better hide.
The life for the lion, includes plenty of sun,
-The men lay and they sleep, until the hunting is done,
-when the wives come back home, they'll bring us a meal,
-so we won't eat our cubs, that's part of the deal.
Though I'm king of the jungle, that's not where I live,
-the sunny plains of Africa, has much more to give.
The mane on my neck, is really just hair,
-it makes me look bigger, to the animals I scare.
So if you see a lion, whether awake or asleep,
-do not try to pet him, and your fingers you'll keep.

You're Right ! You're Right ! The Cheetah Is Fast, I Knew You Would Think, This Game Is A Blast
Let me tell you what life is like for me, the Cheetah...
For The Kids...
My life is so great, I can see very well,
-I can run really fast, when I see a gazelle.
I hide in the grass, and I'll be very still,
-till I spot an animal, that will be my next meal.
I'll take it and hide it, under a tree,
-so no other animals, can take it from me.
My brothers and sisters, I'll usually have two,
-when we were much younger, we played "hunt for food".
Some cats hunt at night, but I like the day,
-so If you see a cheetah, then just stay away.

That's Right The Tiger Is A Hard Cat To See, When Hiding Among The Jungle Trees
Let me tell you what life is like for me, the Tiger.

For The Kids...
The life of a tiger is a life that is bold,
-some live where it's warm, and some where it's cold.
While leaving a scent to keep others away,
-I'll mark off my area, that is mine everyday.
The largest of cats, and the hardest to see,
-I blend with the jungle, the brush and the trees.
While animals are around, I'll be very still,
-and make a quick pounce, on my next meal.
So if you see a Tiger, it just may be too late,
-the best you can hope for, is that he has just ate.

You're Right ! It's The Cat, That Lives InYour House, He's Fun For Almost Everyone, Except For The Mouse
Let me tell you what life is like for me, the house cat...
For The Kids...
I walk through the house, stared at from above,
-the best thing I like, is when you show me your love.
Petting my head, and brushing my fur,
-is all that it takes, to get me to purr.
I sleep when I want, sometimes all day long,
-but I'm awake on most nights, keeping an eye on the home.
Mice will not enter, they think I am mean,
-keeping mice from entering your home, helps keep your home clean.
A kitty or kitten or even a cat,
-you'll most often find me, curled up in your lap.

The Bobcat Is Right ! A Cat You Should Fear, His Ears Have Antennas, That Help Him To Hear
Let me tell you what life is like for me, the Bobcat...
For the kids...
My tail is real short, and my ears are a sight,
-I use them to hear food, when I hunt at night.
My prey won't come close, but that is okay,
-I can easily pounce on it, from 10 feet away.
At night when we roam, this american ground,
-yes we are of plenty, a million to be found.
Your cat is much smaller, than me it is true,
-compare me to your cat, and I could make two.
