Pet Horoscopes / Capricorn

Capricorns have the usual nine lives, but as with everything else, they are loathe to give them up. Your Capricorn is a little bit aloof most of the time, not because it disdains your company, but because it wants to make discoveries outside of its customary home. In its exploring, though, you'll never have to worry that it will get itself into trouble. Capricorns are very pragmatic cats. They understand, for example, that climbing along the fence in view of your neighbor's bloodthirsty dog is more daredevilish than brave, and they will accordingly avoid that situation (and anything similar). They won't ever climb so far into a tree that they cannot get themselves down again, and they usually won't be walking around underfoot while you are cooking with hot grease.

Although Capricorns like to maintain a schedule, they are patient enough to wait for food if things are running late. They may eventually grow a bit sour if left untended for some time, at least when it comes to those more basic needs, but they will eventually forgive you. That being said, many Capricorns are never the cuddliest of cats. Instead, they maintain a certain level of quirkiness around you. It always keeps the chuckles coming.

Whenever visitors come over, Capricorns will usually retreat to a safe spot where they can observe the proceedings. They are not timid and will not run away for the sake of running away, but if they have decided to stand back and watch events unfold, you won't be able to coax them out with anything short of a salmon steak. It's probably safe to feed your cat the occasional delicious morsel without raising its expectations in the food department, but use that as a reward instead of bribery. More
