Domino

Domino was one of a litter of kittens in 2007 that we came across when we went to a yard sale.

We didn't have any pets at the time, and my daughters were with us. You know how it is with kids and pets, they begged us to take one home. The rest is history...we ended up with this tiny little 8 week old kitten in the car on his way home.

He has had so much attention, and he is very spoiled. He stays indoor most of the time, but goes outside for an occasional outing.

He loves to be held, and when you pick him up he just goes limp all over. He lets our 2 year old carry him around without any fuss at all.

He is not a pure breed, but he is a wonderful pet and has a great home. He is one of the lucky ones that didn't end up in a shelter.

He got his shots and checkup, and we had him neutered as soon as the vet said he was old enough.

We have never regretted bringing him home!

Some people don't have their pets spayed or neutered because of the cost. Our budget is very tight too, but we found a program in our area that provides a low cost spay or neuter to help those out who have trouble affording it.

Check with your local shelter to see if their is such a program in your area!

Domino still loves to play like a kitten! His favorite thing to do is stalk a toy as you drag it across the floor, and then bound after it and pounce on it!

He gets plenty of exercise and it helps keep him healthy.
