The Main Causes for Excessive Sweating

Causes for Excessive Sweating come in many different forms. We want to discuss a few and show you how I alleviated the problem of excess perspiration.

We will briefly discuss each cause like, bacteria growth, anxiety and sweat gland stimulation. These are just a few of the reasons you are producing more sweat than needed.

After we skim over the causes I will show you the main course of action I took to help alleviate this issue.

Bacteria Growth Causes Excessive Sweating

Bacteria grows on our body, even though we shower daily, it can still exist. Toxins are built up in our body through the foods we eat and through normal everyday activities. When we allow this bacteria to build up around our armpits, feet and crotch area, more sweat is produced.

Anyone who suffers from too much perspiration probably has paid extra attention to their problem areas when showering.

But, if you are washing your body with an cosmetic soap which relies heavily on a desired fragrance, you are not actually removing bacteria. The proper method of washing must include some type of anti-bacterial soap.

It's the first step you should consider when washing your problem areas.

Stressful Situations are Causes of Excessive Sweating

Certain types of situations we deal with on a daily basis can cause us to feel stressed and lead to anxiety. Perspiring helps us deal with these intense situations, but the more anxiety we feel, the more sweat we produce.

I noticed when I was put into an uncomfortable situation whether at work or a social scene like a bar, I immediately started to perspire. Feeling the anxiety of the situation caused me to flow sweat like Niagara Falls.

It's only when I learned to deal with and control my stress levels the perspiration stopped. If you are placed in anxiety filled situations, you should start learning to control your emotions. One way I found was meditation and learning how to control my thoughts.

Controling Glad Stimulation Stops Causes for Excessive Sweating

The body on your hair is an instant sweat gland stimulator. As odd as it may sound, the more hair on your body, the more your glands are stimulated.

I found out after trimming my armpit hair the sweat production slowed down quite a bit. The hair on your body is there for a reason. It's helps protects us both in heat and in cold.

The more excess hair you have on your body, the higher chance you have to stimulate the sweat glands, especially under the arms.
