    Perhaps this program wouldn't help with severe OSA but my experience with all the sleep studies, CPAP, and the doctors is not very positive. I had two sleep studies that were very expensive even after insurance paid and was then sold a CPAP machine: it didn't help. When I found Snore No More I started getting improvement right away.

    So here's the thing, if I had had this resource before I spent the over $2000 out of pocket, after insurance payments I would have saved a lot of money.

    This is not to advocate not seeking medical advice for the problem, clearly apena is a serious health problem, what I do suggest is be proactive, if you snore try something like this. If your doctor thinks you may have apnea suggests a sleep study and all the rest - talk to him about possible alternatives. Frankly if you don't have insurance or the money for the part of the treatment that insurance doesn't cover then this kind of program needs serious consideration,
