Have you ever seen a Caveman with Acne?
Me neither! Why is this important? It means that you can cure your acne naturally. The difference between cavemen and people today is that our diets and lifestyles are different. Obviously I'm not saying that you should live like a caveman. What I am saying is that there are certain habits and foods to pick up, and certain ones you need to drop. I'll go over a few of them here.
The 3 Most Important Things that Cavemen Don't Do
because Cavemen don't have acne
1. Cavemen don't put antibiotics and skin-drying formulas all over their faces.
2. Cavemen don't touch their faces and pop their pimples all the damn time (that's because they don't have pimples to begin with).
3. Cavemen don't read Squidoo lenses about what cavemen don't do about acne. Because they don't need to.

3 Primitively Pervasive Acne Myths you Must Know First
The three most common acne myths
Did you know that in America today 80 percent of teenagers, 50 percent of adult women, and 40 percent of adult men have acne?
With those high numbers of people suffering from this very common skin condition, it's incredible that there is so much misunderstanding surrounding acne. It's time to forget what you thought you knew about acne because I'm going to dispel the top three most common myths!
Acne Myth 1: Oily skin and hormones cause acne. False: Over-productive glands can contribute to acne, but are not the cause of it.
Acne Myth 2: Diet has no impact on your skin. False: It's unbelievable that some dermatologists still tell their patients this, despite the fact that the connections between diet, hydration, and the health of our skin has been proven many times by medical studies.
Acne Myth 3: Antibiotics are the best way to cure acne. False: Antibiotics have been associated with lots of side effects and many people have problems using them long-term for acne.

If it's so easy that a caveman could do it, why do I still have acne?
Good question...
So we know what doesn't cure acne, but what DOES cure it? It is a very simple process to curing your acne naturally.
I'd put it all down here, but that would be stealing because Chris Gibson already did such an incredible job in his "Acne Free in 3 Days" book. He's been featured on ABC news and he's the expert, not me. So check it out!
It's written very conversationally, which means it's so easy to read, even a caveman could read it!
