The Newbie Guide to Successful Affiliate Marketing
Watched The Videos? Now 'Watch' This
Day 1
Find a product you want to promote on Clickbank or any affiliate program in any niche. Make sure it satisfies the criteria in the videos you watched.
Focus. Don't promote too many products at once.Concentrate on one or two affiliate programs per niche.
Day 2
Start researching for keywords in that particular niche. These are the keywords that you will use in your articles, on your webpages, everywhere.
For example, promoting a program like Aweber,use keywords like autoresponder, free autoresponder, email marketing, ecourse etc. Then you use free keyword research tools to narrow your choice of keywords like:
Keyword Research
Google Sandbox
Check out the results and the new keywords generated.Check out the search volume? These tools should help you come up with good keywords to promote your affiliate product.
Day 3
Create a website. You can go the way of registering a domain name that is keyword-related and then hosting it. And then you can use in combination with or standalone, free Web 2.0 sites like Squidoo, MySpace, or creating a blog on Wordpress so you can create content-rich webpages as a medium to promote affiliate products.
Day 4
Getting Content Ready
1) Bum Marketing
This method basically involves rewriting related content obtained from places like article directories into new fresh articles. The effectiveness of this method is in churning out say, 20 articles per day. How do you, a newbie affiliate marketer or a poor writer at best get to do that?

2) Other forms of Content & Generation
Have you heard of online video? Good, you are on this planet. Now video is a great advertising medium and I will show you how to use them to get people rushing to buy the products you are promoting.
You can create a video, for example a demonstration of how to use a software product you are promoting, or an ebook trailer/review for that ebook you promoting. The tools you will need are screen capture software like Camtasia or Vlogit, a microphone and maybe a camcorder if it's not screen recording.
If you are shy,or you lack the money to get these tools, I recommend this tool:

So unless your pages are soley devoted to homemade good ole fashioned recipes, or they happen to have one teeny weeny exit link that looks anything link an affiliate link. BAM! goodbye lens.
Just a quick word to squidoo, heres a prediction. The day you lock all lenses that have at least one link to a product. You will probably see 95% of your devotees flitter of to pastures greener, good luck squidoo if you honestly believe virtually everyone on here isn't after the dollar sign. cant help feeling squidoo may be as well, judging by all the ads you have plastered up. Pot calling the kettle anyone?

However, launched just today through ClickBank is an affiliate marketing "system" that does not require article marketing, blogs or websites. It relies strictly on AdWords or PPC.
