A candidate must pass written 350-018 exam its duration is two hours, this exam improves networking concepts and some equipment commands. If you pass this exam then you will eligible schedule lab exam. This exam has 90-110 questions it covers security protocols, security technologies, application protocols, Cisco security application and operating systems. Cost of this exam is US$350 and may vary due to exchange rate and local taxes. Written exam will expire after 18 months a candidate must wait five days between attempts at the written 350-018 exam. If a candidate passes this exam he or she may not take the same exam before at least 180 days.

CCIE Security Lab 350-018 Exam is eight hour long duration exam which tests your ability about secure network, after pass written exam a candidate can must pass lab exam within three years and first attempt must be made within 18 months.

CCIE Security Lab exam 350-018 introducing new section which is called core knowledge and a candidate will be asked a series of four open ended questions that require a short. A candidate will have 30 minutes to complete the core knowledge exam section. At the end qualified candidates awarded CCIE Security Certification.
