Find the Time to Celebrate Your Favorite Candy!
Did you know that some kinds of candy have a "Special Observance Day"?
For example, if you love chocolate covered cherries, celebrate this confection's special day on January 3rd! If you missed it, you can always celebrate on "National Chocolate-Covered Anything Day" the 16th of December"!
The GOOD News is: EVERY month has some kind of chocolate day? Hooray!
Cotton Candy Day is in December. Isn't that interesting? One would think that cotton candy would be more of an autumn thing -- are you thinking "State Fair". Find a link in December's section to get the facts.
November has only ONE candy day. Hmmm, I guess we are eating too much to care.
Keep reading to find out more candy days by month.
By the way, I found my calendar on the National Confectioner's Association website "Candy USA!"
FYI: I created a special lens for National Candy Corn Day. Can you guess when it is? Hint: Most special days are chosen because a particular confection is popularly eaten around that time.
