PHYSIQUE TRANSFORMATION

Many people have come up and asked me how do I get that Hollywood Bod. I will share with you some of my TIPS and TRICKS to getting that Hot Bod I've become so famous for.

When you've decided it's time for a change and you want to transform yourself I have found that there are certain KEYS to success:

The most important key to success is setting up achievable goals. This means if your goal, for example is to lose weight and tone up, you will not be able to do it in 2 weeks, regardless of what those fad diets promise you.
I have become famous for trimming down or bulking up many actors for action roles in record amount of time. However, and what most are unaware, is the fact that an actors' job is at stake when it comes down to Physique Transformation in a limited time frame. So, they're internally motivated to workout extra hard, 4-5 times a week until their BIG action scene.
I will give you an example of one actor in particular. He would be on set 12-18 hours at a time working odd times of the day, night and day shoots combined in a week. He, however, did not want to miss any training sessions so after his night shoots and before he went to bed, we would schedule a session at 4 am and execute a Body Building routine along with a 45min. run outside. This is a perfect example of internal motivation. You may feel overworked, you may be stressed, you may just simply want to sleep; however, because you have that goal, you push through and just do it.
Here is a TIP, if you want that internal motivation to happen for you. Book a Photo Shoot, 6 months from your start date and pay for it up front (that's the key here). Now that you've made a financial investment/commitment, you'll be less likely to skip your workouts from now 'til then. I've always found the "wallet" to be a very good personal motivator. Of course, this is just an example and will vary from person to person. Find your own personal motivator.

Another valuable key to success is Organization. I've heard it time and time again. "I booked my session for today however, I got caught up with work and I'll have to reschedule". OR "I'm just so tired, juggling kids, husband/wife and work. I'm going to have to reschedule".
The TRICK here is to organize your schedule a week in advance. You may be saying to yourself, not with my life... it's too crazy. Trust me when I say, this TRICK is most importantly for YOU. Invest in a Weekly Planner. Every Sunday evening plan out your week. Add all your constant tasks. For example: work hours, picking up kids from school, sporting practices, ETC.. Now, add in (if any) occasional tasks like doctors' appointments, parent-teacher night, etc... Now, looking at your schedule you will see "free times" this is where you will add in your workout training session. The ideal would be 3-5 times per week taking into account a busy week. You will find that if you keep this up for the duration, you will begin to see results quicker then you've ever seen them before. Your results will last longer as well.

An additional key to success and something that is often overlooked is proper nutrition. How many times have you heard this statement, "I can eat whatever I want ... I'm weight training". Unfortunately, that is a completely incorrect statement. Nutrition and weight training go hand-in-hand. Your goals will never be met without proper nutrition backing up your training routine. I will not go into specifics with regard to nutrition since it is highly individualized. What I will make is a generalized statement. You are what you eat. You eat loads of fat you will be fat. You starve yourself you will look haggard and you will not have the energy to get up and face the day. I've stuck by the motto of my mentor "Don't count your calories - make your calories count." Keep your meals SIMPLE and CLEAN (no processed or prepackaged foods). Your biggest meal of the day is BREAKFAST. Why? ...
Well, in the morning when we consume a hearty breakfast, we will have an abundance of energy to carry us through the day. No more craving that chocolate bar pick-me-up at 3:30 in the afternoon. Most importantly, your remaining meals aside from a Hearty BREAKFAST should be small meals.
Also, we should be consuming those smaller meals more frequently, every 2-3 hours to be exact. Science has proven the benefits of eating 4-5 small meals daily along with a hearty breakfast.
Following these simple TIPS to nutrition will get you off to a great start.

Now for the most important ingredient of the all " HARD WORK".

There are no free passes when it comes to changing your lifestyle to a more healthier one.
If I gave the impression that this journey would be easy, well.... it's not.
If it were, EVERYONE would do it.

So remember these 4 keys to success:

* Setting achievable goals
* Organization
* Nutrition
* Internal motivation (the most important in my opinion since it is the basis for the other 3 keys and is crucial to your success)

These Tips and Tricks will make your physique transformation goal an attainable one.
