Why Celiac Disease Awareness Is Important To Me
My niece was diagnosed with Diabetes type 1 (juvenile diabetes) as a teenager, and soon after, with Celiac Disease.
I had never heard of Celiac Disease before! Many gluten free recipes later, my niece is now married and a mom of her own. Being aware of the sensitivity that some people have to certain foods is important.
