5 Cellulite Myths Busted

Cellulite has been around long enough to gather all sorts of myths and "old wives tales" about what causes it and how to get rid of it.
Many of these myths are so unlikely, you have to wander why they ever get repeated, let alone believed.

At The Cellulite Reduction Report you only get the true facts.

Myth No 1.

Cellulite is caused by a special type of fat which is different from your other body fat.

No it isn't.

Some years ago a double blind scientific study was carried out to see if indeed there was a difference. Needle biopsy procedures were used to obtain fat samples, these were then analysed by pathologists who concluded that there were no differences in the types of fat.

Myth No 2.

Only old people can get cellulite.
So patently false that you have to wonder how people can fall for it.
Sometimes it said that old people are more prone to the condition because their skin is thinner, absolutely not. It's a fact that if you have cellulite when you're young and you don't take steps to get rid of it then it will surely get worse as you get older. So obviously it can look worse in older people.

Myth No 3.

Your horrible dimpled thighs and buttocks are caused by Harmful toxins.
Simply another ruse by the barely regulated cosmetics industry; especially those who specialise in "detoxification" regimes.

If you eat a healthy balanced diet and drink the recommended amount of liquids your body will naturally "flush" out so called toxins.

Myth No 4.

Cellulite is Genetic.
Genetics may mean you're going to have a certain body type, even a certain skin type just as it dictates the colour of your hair and your eyes. There is simply no scientific basis for saying that just because someone else in your family has cellulite then you will inherit it.

Myth No 5.

Only obese people get cellulite.
Again this is so obviously untrue it's hard to believe any would ever repeat it. There are many women who attend the gym for regular workouts. Their fitness level would put most of us to shame, and yet they still have dimpled "orange peel" skin on their bodies which drives them crazy.
The shocking truth is exercise can reduce or even get rid of your cellulite. But not weight loss exercise routines or general fitness programs and certainly not those strenuous exercises which need special machines to perform them.

This isn't a myth

Many health experts are now beginning to realise that targeted exercise for cellulite which is aimed only at those specific areas is the only way to get rid of it.
Find out how you can do it in your own home in as little as 22 minutes day. Try out the program the may satisfied women customers have named Naked Beauty, risk free by Clicking Here
