Environments at the Zoo

The living habitats at the Central Park Zoo were all carefully designed to recreate the natural environment of the animals they house. Visitors can view polar bears in the polar circle, or California sea lions in the temperate territory. For those that enjoy the colors of the rain forest, there are tropical birds, lizards, and monkeys at the zoo as well.

Where To Stay During Your Visit to New York City

There are many lodging accommodations available for New York City visitors. Everything in the city is easily accessible by foot or by subway so any New York City hotel will do fine. If you want to visit other great places in the city (and who doesn't) you can book a hotel in Midtown West. Or, like many other visitors, you may prefer a hotel near the Empire State Building where King Kong climbed high above the city of Manhattan after terrorizing the city. Wouldn't that be great if we could get him into the zoo? Like I said it doesn't matter where you are, you can easily visit the park and see what else the great city of New York has to offer from any hotel in New York City as long as you have a map. Don't forget your taxi fares or subway tickets though.
