- A knit octopus would look great, same with a squid. The tentacles would be just a bunch of braided yarn.

- I have a growing collection of cephalopod plushies, some handmade by sellers on Etsy and some mass produced so there is definitely a market for them.

- I love creating Cephalopods in crochet. My favorite plushies are sea animals. Guess it's because I lived near the 'sea' many times. :) Thanks for this list of Cephalopod craft patterns. Lensrolling to my free how-to crochet pattern for a tiny baby octopus and to my crocheted Sea Creatures lens. Crafts are such fun.

- Cephalopods definitely have some of the most appealing shapes in nature. For some reason, they attract the human gaze, as if we identify with their intelligence in some way. Thanks for a very creative lens.

- Here in Dread Carcosa and the Lake of Hali, we have no plush cephalopods, nor plush sea anemones (a personal favorite). How might we learn to make them, as we have no sewing machines, knitting, nor crocheting skills?

- First of all there are no dead cephalopods in jars on this lens, only craft patterns. If you mean my Perma-Pets jars, they aren't dead either. They can't be dead because they were never alive in the first place, they are sculptures.
