It is interesting to see that what everyone has been investing in for decades is now starting to not be the best investment. Future investments are going down and investors are pulling out their money to invest in other things that are going to profit them.



One thing I see that we can learn from investors is that they keep an eye on the future, they plan ahead, and they are willing to change their plan if it is not going to work. Commodities and futures have always been the bread and butter for many investors when it came to placing their monies in something that could help shield or protect their investment from inflation. The lesson, I think, we need to learn here is we need to constantly keep our eyes on our future. For me it was looking at my local labor market and seeing that things are looking bleak, at best, and that I could not depend upon others to do things for me, but that I needed to take action to do things for myself. What I concluded is that if I am going to generate the type of income my family need in order to not just get by, but to live off of, then I need to look at the Internet. The Internet is not dependent upon local or national economies. There is enough money in this world for all of us to live comfortable lives albeit we do have to discover what and where to find it. This has been my quest lately. I have been looking for what can I do that can generate the income we need. I have found a few things that I am trying. I am starting to make money. You and I both know that in order to make money on the Internet you need to generate traffic. I have discovered in the past that it doesn't matter how good or technologically advanced the site may be, if it doesn't receive traffic you will not sell a thing. So bottom line is, sales are determined by the amount of traffic generated. However, it is not just any traffic. I would rather have 10,000-targeted customers bent on buying my product then to have 100,000 clicks from disinterested window shoppers. Therefore, we need targeted traffic. So how do you do that?
