It could now be effectively argued that David Duke is the biggest thing to hit Memphis since Elvis Presley. The media first began attacking the EURO Conference, which was held last weekend at a local hotel, on Wednesday, October 29. What did I find yesterday (November 13) when I opened up a local newspaper? A featured story with the headline reading, White Noise: David Duke's Trip to Memphis.

It has now been over two weeks. Two weeks of absolute saturation "coverage" (a.k.a. biased attacks) from the network television affiliates and area newspapers. Does the hysterical attention dedicated to this one-day conference seem a little excessive to you? What are they so afraid of? We're just "radicals," right? My radio show only caters to the "fringe," right?

I think the establishment press knows what we know. European Americans, who have been second-class citizens in the nation they carved from a wilderness for far too long, are on the verge of having a great awakening. A small spark is needed, and we're doing our best to set the grassroots ablaze for equality for White Americans. That's why they work day and night making vain attempts to discredit us. They know our message sells itself when properly delivered. It just makes sense.

As the "Presidential" race winds down, we see once again how foolish the so-called "conservatives" look, as they try to defend themselves from the constant onslaughts from the left.

Of course, they deserve the beating they are taking because they play by their opponents rules. They let the left define the moral "high" ground and so they can "seize" it, if the mousy timidity they show can in anyway be connected to the word "seize."

Of course, we can all fall into that trap, and do from time to time, if only because the leftist morality is so ubiquitous. We fall into defending ourselves in terms of not being "racist" or "sexist" or homophobic."

Of course to do so is to admit defeat before we even begin. We can't do that anymore. We have to see things in terms of eternal truth, not PC propaganda. As the scriptures so ably put it, "Let God be true though every man be a liar."

So it is always refreshing to see someone who grasps this point and puts it to use in dealing with those who hate us and our God.

Here is a post I ran across searching the web, and thought it was well stated. It is slightly coarse, but in a manner that only drives the point home more completely.

Is Imus Being Crucified by Jews or Just Liberals in General?

There are those who might shake their heads at the tut tutting and moral disapproval expressed by the media over Don Imus' "knappy hos" remarks but there is no mistaking that this nonsense marks an important landmark in the devolution of America. Oh, and let's not forget the usually amusing Al Sharpton ponderously advising Imus to respect his own race by not denigrating himself as a "cracker" on Al's show. So what is wrong with this picture? Imus is being crucified by the PC crowd but this same crowd thinks nothing of men sticking their penises in multiple rectums (not to mention uncritically accepting vaginas) and slaying millions via AIDS in the process. Light a cigarette and see those with smoke sensitivities wrinkling their noses at the moral and unrepentent stench of the smoker. Yet display a story about an abortionist killing a baby who has nearly come to term and shoulders will barely shrug. Why has race become the last moral sensibility of those who have no moral sensibilities? Who is responsible? Is it the Jooooooooooos, the PC crowd in general or both?

One might raise the following issue as an anthropological observation (this is not racism): Jews, are particularly sensitive to racial issues because if the cracker crowd were allowed to express itself impenitently regarding the antics of the black brothers and sisters, no doubt and as sure as God made little green apples, the Jews might also become subject to the mockery of the Christian cracker. Could it be possible that any insult against blacks is ipso facto a potential insult against Jews and therefore worth marshalling the resources of the Jewish editorial complex and PC censors in general?

This kind of faux "sensitivity" has permeated our society. Does anyone remember the homosexual community's outrage against the homophobic comments that the US military was writing on its bombs? We could kill people in the Middle East but God forbid a homophobic comment should be written on a bomb casing? What is wrong, what is wrong with these devolved imbeciles? How about the faux outrage of Democratic politicians when their patriotism is questioned? Welcome to the Alice in Wonderland world where everything depends on "what you mean by is."

So personally speaking, I think Imus should be given the first annual Chris Rock, Racial Humor Equality Award and the hypocrites in the media should turn the eye of their shallow moral judgments upon themselves. What was it Christ said about plucking the mote from your brother's eye while not removing the log from your own? Whoops, I forgot, wasn't He crucified for these and other scandalous remarks? Imagine suggesting that the Goyim might be equal to the chosen people in God's eyes and that what might make a man unclean is what comes out of his mouth. Don't tell the truth, don't tell the truth, don't tell the truth...don't even look at it.

The circle of lies, that is.

No, not the lies that our scribes and Pharisees feed us on a daily basis. Those are the little ones.

The big ones are the ones we tell ourselves.

You read that right. The lies we tell ourselves are what keep us in bondage.

Our "leaders" don't have to tell us the big lies. We already believe them. They just apply a little spin to keep us going in the right direction. Kind of like that game called "curling" that Canadians play, where they use brooms to keep a stone moving down the ice along the desired path.

For example, any honest, objective observer could see that the chief complaint of groups like the ADL and Southern Poverty Law Center against white Christian Southerners is that we are white, Christian, and Southern.

Their main argument, stripped down to the essentials, is that our ancestors were evil because they didn't want to live in a land that was a cross between Haiti and Sodom and Gomorrah, and they made Negroes work.

That's still their beef with us today. They don't try to hide it. Sure, they don't put it in quite those terms, but that is their argument.

Imagine old Abe and Morris in the Bible story. "Hey Abe, Lot has some guys from out of town visiting. Let's go and (censored) them!" "Great idea, Mo!"

They call together their buddies and head to Lot's house. You know the rest of the story.

So how do they respond when Lot refuses them? No doubt that he is a hater, a bigot, a homophobe - all the same things they say today.

That was a real holocaust, and one they lament every bit as much as the more recent one we hear so much about.

In their minds we exist to serve their most base instincts and desires. "Like unreasoning animals" is how the apostle put it. When we don't bend over for them, they yell and scream and rage.

They don't care what happens to us or our children and the generations to come. They want what they want, and they want it now, and anyone who doesn't give it up to them is evil, filled with hate, etc. etc.

This is who they are stripped down to their essence.

Lot threw out his daughters to buy a little peace, but it didn't work. We've given them our children as well, but it only feeds their appetites.

Until we see them clearly for who and what they are, we will continue to be destroyed. The economic unraveling all around us is a clear sign that we can't live in a fantasy world forever.

We hold on to the big lie that they represent decency and goodness in some way, that they may be a bit over zealous but they mean well, etc.

We hold to those lies out of fear of being singled out, of being forced to inhabit the third world they are building for us a little bit earlier than we planned.

They live off of our dying, and we are committing suicide.

We don't have to commit suicide.

We just have to repent for believing the lies. The big ones. The ones we tell ourselves.

Well, we all just got a lot poorer this week as Congress passed the bailout bill that will cost us at least $700 billions. Like the old joke goes, that's starting to be real money.

Of course, it isn't real money, as anyone with a modicum of common sense can see. Of course, for our "leaders" in Washington, reality itself isn't real.

When the House voted against the bailout earlier this week, there was faint hope that a small ember of principle still burned deep within the whited sepulchre on the hill. Or maybe they were becoming worried that the natives were getting restless.

But we can all sleep easier knowing that Hell ain't freezing over after all. Things are back to normal.

They weren't holding out on principle at all, but merely holding out for more pork for the district and more power for the state.

Apparently they would have kept voting on this bill until it passed, so maybe we should be thankful that that only 439 pages were added to Bush's original three page bill in the interim.

Hey, both McCain and Obama agree that the bill is vital to our future, so it has to be true, right? Besides, that spoilsport Ron Paul denounced it. Just because he predicted a bailout would be coming five years ago, why should anyone pay attention to him?

The only antidote to this madness is to bail out, to detach ourselves from it. To see it for what it is, and do what we can to show our kinsmen that we don't have to march off the cliff with the rest of the lemmings.

It's to that end that we labor in the Political Cesspool. We bring you guests that offer real alternatives to the mindlessness. This week is no exception.

We'll be talking to Anthony Gregory - Research Analyst at The Independent Institute and Mark Green - editor of Persecution, Privelege, and Power: Reconsidering the Zionist Role in American Life.

The outcry among real Americans against the monstrous bank bailout is falling on deaf ears, once again. The drumbeat goes on, as even the pretense of America being a self governing country is exposed for what it is.

A delusion fit only for the deluded.

On top of it, we get the spectacle of Barack Obama and John McCain "debating" at the University of Mississippi tonight. Of course, real debate requires real opponents knowledgeable about real topics with the intent of coming to a real solution to a real problem.

Obama has as much a clue about how to "fix" our economy as one of his kinsmen asking to "hold a case quarter" down on Union Avenue.

White Democrats have proposed nothing but socialism since the days of FDR. Does anyone expect a "brother" to improve on that?

To ask the question is to answer it.

Not that McCain has any solutions. Just the fact that they can talk about "fixing" this economy with a straight face says all you need to know about them.

Well, we can't panhandle our way out of this mess, or dump the old frumpy one for a bleach blond trophy with a rich daddy.

They, or more correctly, their puppet-masters do have an answer, and it isn't about saving our 401K's. In fact it isn't about saving us at all.

It's more of the lying anti-white hatred that oozes out of every pore of McCain and Obama.

The debate at Oxford, MS was set to "commemorate" the integration of Ole Miss by Mr. James Meredith some 44 years ago.

Michael Grissom recounts the story in his classic Can the South Survive. That book is a must read for any southerner, especially those of us too young to remember what things were like back then.

The Republican Eisenhower sent in Federal troops to forcibly integrate Ole Miss. They attacked students, and had skirmishes with locals who didn't want to be steamrolled.

Well, the steamroller keeps rolling along, at least until it runs out of gas, which may be sooner than they bargained for. Like all the works of the evil or criminally insane, it will devolve into self-destructive chaos.

It would take one with the skill of Oxford's own William Faulkner to put it properly into words, but the moral of the story is patently obvious.

The sooner we step out of the way and quit playing the game, quit voting for the "lesser evil" once again the sooner their madness will end.

You see, there is a dirty little secret they don't want you to know. That is that nobody really cares about their "heroes" like Meredith, or MLK, or even Obama. It's all TV fantasy.

A listener told me about being in Oxford four years ago, on the day of the big celebration marking the 40th anniversary of the Meredith forced integration. Funny thing was, he didn't know it was going on until he read about it in the paper the next day.

Oxford is a small college town. An event of any size there can't be kept a secret. But he got a hotel room without a reservation, and there was no indication of anything special going on at all.

In other words, nobody cared. If it wasn't manufactured in the media, nobody would even pretend to care.

Scripture teaches us that all who hate God love death. Pretty plain to see that is the case.

From their sterile "gay" marriages to their "celebrations" of diversity, we see the same thing. As a famous southern rock group once sang, "Ooh ooh that smell, can't you smell that smell? The smell of death surrounds you."

Hold your nose and hold on a little longer. Our time is coming.

Well, the Political Cesspool has come under fire from the fire and brimstone crowd, so to speak. We have had our Paypal account shut down.

Not wanting to be rash about it, we asked for a clarification. We got a voice message from a Paypal representative last Saturday.

Listen to the voicemail message. The transcript is as follows:

Hi, this message is for James Edwards, this is Russ with Paypal dot com's executive escalations office. I was placing the call in regard to a recent inquiry we had regarding the limited status of your account and Paypal's request for you to complete an affidavit and remove the Paypal option from your website.

Your inquiry wanted to know which passage or phrase located in your statement of principles violates our acceptable use policy and I would refer you to section 8 of your statement where it says you are culturally conservative because you "have certain morals to which we adhere. We are against homosexuality, vulgarity, lovelessness (sic), and masochism."

If you go to Paypal's Acceptable Use Policy and under section 6, it will clearly define which of those things that you've outlined there that are against Paypal's policy and thus we are requesting you to provide that affidavit and remove that information, or remove Paypal from your website. If you have any additional questions or concerns please give me a call at (phone #). You have a good afternoon.

The representative still would still not state for the record which exact line or word or phrase of Paypal's Acceptable Use Policy (there is no section 6 which is where he said it would be stated) was violated by line # 8 of the Political Cesspool's Statement of Principles, but says, "it will clearly define which of those things that you've outlined there that are against Paypal's policy."

Here is Paypal's Acceptible Use Policy. If you can find the item Russ is referring to, please let us know.

We made repeated calls to Russ to get clarification, and have not been answered.

Paypal is a popular and easy to use payment system, and their restricting its use to groups on political grounds is something that shouldn't be taken lightly.

If you step out of the non-stop stream of unconsciousness that comprises American news and political coverage, ask yourself this simple question:

Why?

Why do I put up with the slander and lies from people who are running for a position of leadership and authority over me and my country?

Now, don't just rush along with some answer that glosses over the whole sorry mess so that you can get back to something else.

Let it sink in.

Deeply and profoundly.

Why?

Why indeed?

Just who the hell is John McCain to state that the wetback who just crossed over the border is just as much an American as the person with ancestry dating back before the Revolution? (OK, so he didn't say it exactly that way, but that was his point.)

Or who is Obama to come along talking "change"? We all know the type of "change" he wants. More of the "change" we've been getting. Giving up our inheritance to peoples unworthy of it in every sense of the word.

What gives these people any standing to say such things? Because they are on the boob tube and the talking head lackeys drone on about them night and day?

We accept so many things just because they are there, without really getting down to the heart of the matter.

Even if we don't like either candidate or party, we find ourselves caught up in discussions revolving around them.

We've got to disconnect. Not superficially, as in just refusing to discuss them or pay attention, but at the very root of our souls. We have got to see them clearly for what they are.

They are not our people. They do not represent us in any way, except as a judgement upon us for not valuing what we have been given as a birthright.

Whether they are evil, or just pawns in a game they have no control over doesn't matter. We have to let go of any notion that the game they are part of is legitimate.

It is not.

And it is kept alive by our being connected to it.

It's time to cut the cord, untie the knot, let go of the rope. We've got to build an alternative network of news and information, of personal contacts with people of real substance and values.

That won't change things over night. We may never live to see the outcome. But the first step begins in the heart of each and every one of us.

So take a step back and let it sink in.

As deeply as you can.

Here on the Political Cesspool we make no secret of our Christian faith. Jesus Christ is the bedrock on which we stand, doing our duty as unprofitable servants.

We're far from perfect, and don't claim to be, but when the enemies of our Lord take dead aim for us, we know we're at least on the right path.

Whether it's from the anti-Christ ADL or the heterophobes at the Southern Poverty Law Center, or just some self appointed Stalin wannabe, the slings and arrows don't ever seem to abate.

The age old debate about who killed Christ was brought up again a few years back with Mel Gibson's The Passion. Abe Foxman raged on about how awful it was that Mr. Gibson would point out the Jew's role in crucifying Christ.

But it seems to me that the issue is easy to solve. Just look to see who is trying to kill Him now. Who wants any mention of His blessed name removed from public life? Who attacks anyone who stands up for Him?

Can the leopard change his spots, or the Ethiopian his skin?

Well, as the preacher says in Ecclesiastes, there's nothing new under the sun. They haven't changed their modus operandi, and we don't seem to have learned much in 2000 years.

How did they work back then? The same way they do now.

Just like they went through the crowd, stirring them up with "Give us Barabbas," so they go around today screaming "Hate, hate, hate," as they try to shut off the slightest whisper of real opposition.

Do you think the average person in the crowd that cried "Crucify Him!" had any more idea of what they were doing than the average person today who gets so lathered up about "hate" or "racism" while their very own neighborhoods are turning into third world hell holes?

How many of those screaming at Pilate that night were doing so just to "fit in" or "go along to get along?" Probably most of them. It was simply the mob mentality at work.

The philosopher Kierkegaard once wrote that "No one as an individual could spit in the face of Christ, but as part of a mob he could crucify Him." If you've ever been around a stirred up mob, you've seen how blindly caught up it can become. It can be down right frightening, and deadly.

Well our enemies know how to stir up the mob, how to turn the herd. They don't call us "cattle" for nothing.

They work ceaselessly to turn us from individuals made in the image of our God into a mindless, stampeding herd of animals. It doesn't have to be as stark as a raving mob in the streets. It's so easy to fall in line with the crowd, especially when we live in a complex society where we are for the most part at the mercy of someone else for our basic sustenance.

Kierkegaard also wrote the "God doesn't see the crowd, He only sees the individual." We can't hide in the crowd forever. There comes a day of reckoning for all of us.

So while the enemies of our God and our people rage on, "He Who sits in the heavens shall laugh." Perhaps that's why Abe and Mo and the boys are so manic. They can smell the sulfur burning.

We're thankful for those who have dared stand out from the crowd, who've stuck their necks out for years, with little notice or reward.

One man who exemplifies this is Jared Taylor. He has been tirelessly laboring to bring out American Renaissance month after month since before I became a teenager! He has consistently put out a top flight publication, held large conferences in the belly of the beast, and made untold sacrifices for our people. He has also been a mentor to me and a trusted and cherished friend. It is truly an honor to have him appear on our program this week.

Likewise with our other guests, John Tait, author of Plain Truth and Mark Glenn, host of RBN's Liberty Hour broadcast. These men have supported our program and worked tirelessly to keep alive much needed truths.

We'll also replay our recent interview with Patrick J. Buchanan, to give our new RBN listeners an added treat and Abe Foxman another case of heartburn.

Of course, the Cesspool wouldn't be anything without our faithful listening audience. Just like a tree falling in the woods with no one around, without you, we would be laboring in vain.

The Political Cesspool went live this past Saturday night on the Republic Broadcasting Network. With a couple of very minor hitches, the show went well. The professional support staff at RBN was rock solid, and having expert production allowed Bill and I to focus on the guests and topics.

We're still getting equipment in place, including a state-of-the-art ISDN line that will allow for a crystal clear broadcast. Be sure and stay tuned with us as we pick up the pace with our new format.

It's been a week of contrasts. The completely phony hacks in the Party of Lincoln meet for their $16,800,000 taxpayer funded television extravaganza while a dozen miles away, Ron Paul stages an event with 14,000 liberty loving Americans who drove from all over the country to talk about real change.

Not a single penny of taxpayer money was spent on the Rally for the Republic. Not one single new thought was hatched at the RNC.

The Campaign for Liberty launched on September 2nd will have much greater impact in the long run than the McCain-fest dog and pony show down the street.

And the launch of the Political Cesspool on the Republic Broadcasting Network on September 6th is going to have longer lasting ramifications than the hundreds of hours of windbag blather wasted on these party conventions.

We're both in it for the long haul, and Lord willing, we'll be there when things are put right. As scripture teaches us, don't despise the day of small beginnings.

While the glassy eyed Ozombies chant "Change!" their African-American Idol keeps shucking and jiving and grinning for the real power brokers.

Jimmy Carter wants so badly to be admired, for someone to pay attention to him. He even helped launch a socialist inspired volunteer welfare project several years back.

As a friend once remarked about Jimmy's foray in Habitat for Humanity, "he's finally found something he's qualified for - day labor."

Well, in recent years, he has either gone off his nut, or gotten a bad conscience, because he dared speak out against the (self) chosen in Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid, published in 2006.

They didn't like it then, and now Jimmy is kept off the platform at the Democrats Obama-lover fest.

Poor Jimmy. They're just keeping the white man down again.

But Jimmy is welcome to come on the Cesspool and talk about Palestine, or even explain why integration is good for Mississippi but not Israel.

But we're not holding our breath. Besides, we're kind of busy right now.

The moment we've all been waiting for has arrived. We're officially part of the Republic Broadcast Network, and slotted to begin broadcasting at our new time starting on Saturday, September 6th.

Yes, we'll be moving to Saturdays after this weeks regular Sunday broadcast. Our new time slot is 9pm to midnight, Central time.

Memphis area listeners, don't fret. We'll still be carried live on WLRM. We don't want to forget our loyal local audience.

We should (knock on wood) be through with the technical difficulties we've experienced this summer, as RBN will be using a satellite uplink directly from the WLRM studios.

I'm even going to replay the Saturday night broadcast on Sunday afternoons on WLRM for a couple of weeks, so that everyone gets the word on the new time.

Once again, we owe it to you, our faithful listeners.

It's been an eventful week in the Political Cesspool. We became the centerpiece of an attempted smear campaign started by the homobama hacks over at Media Matters and the Huffington Post. Culminating with an article in the LA Times Sunday Opinion section, the pansy propoganda machine reached full force by show time on Sunday.

As everyone knows by now, Dr. Jerome Corsi cancelled his interview at the last minute, sending an email that we received 5 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. Whatever his reasons, the merry fairies maligning him and the Cesspool had an extra skip in their step on Monday. Media Matters is now going after Pat Buchanan for appearing on the Cesspool. They must think they've found a winning formula.

While we'll never know what was behind Dr. Corsi's decision, it is very likely that Dr. Corsi did intend to honor his commitment, but was told by his publisher not to appear on the show. On every occasion he has been on the show before, it was because he contacted us and requested to come on the program.

Corsi is playing the role of what Bob Whitaker calls the "Respectable Conservative." The respectable conservative owes his position and status to the left, and has to carefully stay within the boundaries they set for him. His real purpose is to make the left look good, and if he goes too far, they squeal like a stuck pig.

Dr. Corsi obviously went too far with The Obama Nation. Obama's people wanted him discredited, and their lapdog lackeys were only too eager to comply. Since Jerome Corsi is sort of on the fringe of respectability, he didn't understand the rules as well as someone like Sean Hannity. Now he does.

Here in the Cesspool, we don't play by their rules. We're not bragging or being tough guys in saying this. We don't play by their rules because we don't respect them or their rules. We are diametrically opposed to them and their rules.

Why do you think a site like Media Matters just quotes my blog verbatim and expects their readership to gasp in horror? Why does the LA Times excoriate us for being Christian in our outlook?

Because they believe being pro-white and Christian is evil. It is just that simple. As Christ said to the Pharisees, "You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and doesn't stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and its father."

Suppose the house next door to you has been for sale for a while, and has been sitting empty. You see a moving truck pull up, and the for sale sign taken down. You look out and see two guys, one dressed in drag, holding hands and skipping up to the front door. They start kissing each other on the threshold, then one picks up the other, and carries him inside.

How do you feel in your gut? Ready to vomit? That's how I feel about it. Just writing it makes me queasy.

Now imagine Mo Dees or one of the writers for one of these hack leftist blogs in the same position. They see the truck pull up, and out steps an attractive white couple with two small children. They walk up to the house, and dad pulls out a Bible, reads a couple of verses and starts to pray. How do you think they feel? Could it be that these pinkos feel the same revulsion for the white Christian family that you do for the homosexual couple?

According to their words and deeds, they do. Could they be any clearer?

They want to see those wholesome families replaced by the abomination described above. And they want to force it on you, whether you like it or not. They are working night and day to achieve it. They don't want any opposition to it. That's why they hate the Cesspool. Because they hate you.

It's just that simple.

Scripture teaches that we are not to join a mob to do evil. That doesn't just apply to riots in the streets over the Rodney King verdict. What about joining the media mob in slandering those who oppose the few who stand up for our people and our God?

How many preachers and do-gooders do you hear attacking "racism"? How many do you hear attacking the ADL or SPLC?

What do you think your life will be like if they are successful in shutting down dissenting voices like the Political Cesspool?

My first thought in watching the self-chosen rage about Dr. Jerome Corsi's appearances on the Political Cesspool, is this: What will life be like if these freaks ever do succeed in shutting down liberty and freedom of speech?

Well, we have some real life examples to study. Anyone remember a place called the Soviet Union?

While that may seem like a stretch, who would have believed even a year ago that Barack Obama would be in this position?

Dr. Corsi, author of the devastating book on the Democratic Presidential nominee called The Obama Nation, finds himself in the eye of this storm for one simple reason. He is trying to fight fair in a rigged game.

The Obama/McCain spectacle is just the latest installment in the reality TV series known as American politics. It's something to fill the time between Survivor and American Idol, and about as true-to-life.

As the late Governor Wallace said, there isn't a dime's worth of difference in the two parties. Every four years we get suckered into this good cop/bad cop routine. Heads they win, tails we lose.

It's a great racket, if you're in on it, but you'll be thrown to the wolves as soon as it becomes expedient.

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me over and over again..., well you know the drill. More and more people are catching on. The lesser of two evils is still evil, and this system is evil.

But our God is not mocked, and we reap what we sow. The fact that these creeps can't even abide a small AM talk show in Millington, TN shows how fearful they are of the smallest amount of light being shown on them.

The Rise of Ethnopolitics has never been better!

The Rise of Ethnopolitics, that’s what I affectionately call my blog, has never been hotter, if I do say so myself! When our website was overhauled a couple months ago one of the ideas we had to improve the content was adding my own personal blog, one that I would update with multiple daily posts. I think it’s been a tremendous success and I really value being able to put down in writing some of the thoughts that you’ve only heard me articulate on radio before recently.

After a few months of “blogging” now under my belt, I dare say the darn thing has never been better. It was HOT…

We were met by a wave of intense heat when we walked through the doors of WLRM Radio Studios to prepare for our Sunday (7/20) broadcast. It was already an unbearably hot and humid day in Memphis, but it was even worse inside. Come to find out, the air conditioning had gone out in the building on Saturday and wouldn’t be fixed until after the weekend. Our in-studio thermometer was giving us a reading of 107 degrees fahrenheit, and for the next three hours we endured that muggy and stifling heat with absolutely no air circulation whatsoever. Imagine doing a live radio show from the inside of a sauna, only hotter. It was oppressive. But, like good soldiers, we pushed forward and cranked out a damn solid program!

Unfortunately, technical difficulties related to the intense heat caused a computer crash that rendered the first hour of our live stream inaudible via the internet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for those of you who tune in online, but hope that you will visit our broadcast archives and listen to the final two hours of this, our most recent show. Winston Smith, Eddie “The Bombardier” Miller, and I hammered out a fine broadcast in which we covered a variety of sizzling issues…literally! This program also features an interview with best-selling author Dr. Jerome Corsi. Sure, by the time Corsi appeared we had completely soaked through our clothes with sweat (half of mine were already off), but that’s another story! I’m just thankful none of us died on-air, but I did come damn close to passing out a time or two. I wonder if that would have been good for ratings?

My recollections of a week in Memphis with Dr. Tomislav Sunic…

About a month ago I fully intended to write an article detailing an amazing week we, the hosting staff of The Political Cesspool, had spent with Dr. Tom Sunic. However, before I could sit down to pen my review we were attacked by the ADL, which resulted in some national headlines. Now that the distraction has finally waned I thought we could get back to more important matters.

Like myself, Tom had been booked to give a speech at the 2008 National Conference of the Council of Conservative Citizens, which took place June 20-22, in Alabama. Tom and I had developed a plan that would have him travel to Memphis a couple days in advance of the conference so we could spend some time together and show him around town. We’d then travel to and from the conference together and have the week culminate with him sitting in-studio with us for the live taping of our June 22 radio program. It was a good plan and went off without a hitch, but what was surprising was just how memorable that week would become!

Wednesday, June 18

One of the great blessings that hosting The Political Cesspool has afforded me is the opportunity to befriend so many fine men. Dr. Sunic had made previous appearances on our show, but always via telephone from his native Croatia. So, naturally, I was excited to have a chance to spend quality time in my home town with such an accomplished and quality individual.

Tom’s international flight arrived on time at the Memphis airport on Wednesday, June 18. Bill Rolen and I had gone to pick him up and we hit the ground running! We had secured Tom’s accommodations at a very fine hotel, but before we took him to get settled in we had to make the obligatory drive past Elvis Presley’s Graceland. We shared a warm talk and high hopes for what the rest of the week would have in store. After flying for 16 hours (and enduring two connecting flights in Frankfurt, Germany and Cincinnati, Ohio, respectively) most mortal men would have wanted to go straight to bed! But not Tom Sunic.

Once we arrived on-site at his hotel Tom immediately expressed a desire to meet with the other men who play a role in the on-air production of our award-winning show. So, we promptly summoned Winston Smith, Eddie “The Bombardier” Miller, and Keith Alexander, Esq., to the hotel restaurant. There, for the next few hours, we shared tremendous fellowship and some pretty darn good food! I only wish that discussion could have been aired on the radio! Finally exhausted, we all retired for the evening.

Thursday, June 19

Not too much rest for the weary, I was back at Tom’s hotel bright and early the next morning. We had planned an eventful day of appointments and were on a tight schedule! I immediately drove him to a local barbecue restaurant for some authentic Southern cuisine! We were joined for lunch by Keith Alexander and a local benefactor of the show. What a joy it would have been to have had the entire listening audience in that restaurant. Everyone should be able enjoy times such as these. Determined patriots engaged in an intensely positive discussion. It was fuel for the soul.

After we broke for lunch Tom and I joined Keith in his car for an impromptu tour of Memphis. Let me just say that Keith has a very promising career as a tour guide should his law practice ever fold! For the next few hours we saw everything that is anything in the City of Memphis! Our stops included: Nathan Bedford Forrest Park, Sun Studios, a stroll down the banks of the Mississippi River, a tour of several different area neighborhoods, President’s Island, and much more. A place of particular intrigue to Tom was our stop at Jones’s Orchard, where we picked strawberries, nectarines, peaches, plums, and blackberries straight from the vines and trees and ate them where we stood! Tom loaded up with enough fresh fruit to feed a small army and snacked on his bounty for the rest of the trip. He commented that this was his most treasured memory from his time in Memphis.

Worn out once again, we returned to his hotel for a little rest and relaxation. Later that evening, we all reconvened at Bill Rolen’s home for some light snacks and refreshments. The Rolen’s have a beautiful home and Dr. Sunic very much enjoyed spending time with Bill’s prototypical family. Tom was so impressed by this experience of authentic Southern hospitality that he became resolute to one day relocate to the American South, where our unique culture still gives us the most important prerequisite for our own independent nation.

It's amazing to me...

The success of The Political Cesspool Radio Program has now officially soared to unprecedented levels.  A time period that would once have been considered to be our zenith in terms of popularity (late 2007) has now been totally eclipsed based upon recent listenership statistics and website traffic.  The glory goes to God, whose will guides our show, but the fact remains; it has never been better (for us) than it is right now.

New fans are flocking to our program like packs of ravenous wolves, and that's a good thing!  Men and women should hunger for the truth.  Dozens of new listeners are joining our e-mail list on a daily basis and we continue to receive a steady infusion of donations from supporters, both old and new, who see the valuable role our program plays as the AM Radio voice of the populist Right.

We stand proudly as the one consistently relentless voice of the majority of European-Americans.  We conduct ourselves as professionals with class and prove when under fire that we will stick by our motto, which is, "No Retreat, No Surrender, No Apologies."  It's a satisfying affirmation of our hard work to see that so many good people are coming to stand with us.

But, just as surely as those who love the truth have raced to our site, those who hate our People continue to take vicious and unwarranted shots at us.  It's amazing to me that the frenzied hysteria of those who wish us harm has become so rabid and vitriolic in recent days.  If you do a simple "google" search, you'll find countless blogs that are attacking me personally, and the show in general, because of the wholesome message which we espouse.

Those who falsely characterize us as "neo Nazis" are also the same lunatics who are calling for my death.  One comment that was particularly loathsome suggested that I, "goose-step my way to hell."  You know how kind and compassionate those "tolerant" liberals can be.

But, one thing is for sure, as long as there is life in us you can count on us to hold the line.  However, we do need your support now more than ever. Since June we have presented to you a star-studded lineup of celebrity guests each week, broken listenership records, and received priceless publicity from news organizations all over the world. Mark Weber, Director of the Institute for Historical Review, is scheduled to make a return appearance to talk about the new books, articles and television broadcasts that are challenging the familiar view of World War II history, including recently published books by Patrick J. After the June 29th broadcast, the ADL launched another standard and vicious attack against Pat Buchanan, myself, and The Political Cesspool Radio Program. What separated this particular attack from those launched against me during the past four years by the ADL and SPLC was the fact that this one was reprinted, quite literally, everywhere.

Online versions of Yahoo News, Fox Business, Forbes, Reuters, Newsweek, CNBC, NY Times, Washington Post, and countless other mega publications either ran the ADL's hit piece verbatim or linked to it.

Those who don't know his character like I do might think a mainstream icon like Pat Buchanan would hang a guy like me out to dry for being part of the reason he was attacked so publicly by the ADL. But, you'd be pleasantly surprised to find out otherwise...

ADL attacks freedom of speech in record time…

It took the ADL less than twenty-four hours to malign and defame our character on the heels of our latest interview with Pat Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan is a fine man and deserves our respect. The show went amazingly well, if I do say so myself, although you wouldn’t know it by taking the ADL’s word. Our discussion with Mr. Buchanan aired on our live program last Sunday afternoon, and by Monday, I was reading about it on Yahoo News, Forbes, Fox, and elsewhere. Apparently, the “mainstream media” picked up the ADL’s press release and printed it verbatim, as if that’s objective journalism. I was certainly never contacted for comment.

To paraphrase the old saying, “Believe half of what you see, and none of what you read from the ADL.” We have never portrayed ourselves as “White Supremacists” or “Neo-Nazis.” Quite to the contrary. We are, however, a pro-White and Christian venue which is even more upsetting to the ADL. The ADL knows our show has risen to superstardom, and while it appears their efforts to silence us are for naught, they do understand that it is imperative to try and keep The Political Cesspool Radio Program on the fringe, which is why they issue these cancerous hit pieces. In other words, we are both successful and effective.

I have been in radio for nearly four years now and have broadcast over 800 shows during that time. I can just about set my watch by the frequency of these type of attacks. I’d be lying to you if I said these unjust assaults were not slightly uncomfortable, but I cannot concern myself with things that are beyond my control. The ADL cannot be reasoned with, nor are they interested in truth.

That being said, you can count on me and my staff to continue to fight. We have risen to become leaders in this battle. For four years we have withstood attacks and refused to apologize for our beliefs. We know our Cause is righteous. When lesser men would have cowered, we have held our ground. This, along with an unblemished record of on-air professionalism and consistency has forged a fine reputation for The Political Cesspool Radio Program.

We continue to serve as the only AM Radio voice for the populist, paleoconservative Right. Surely that is worth your support? We have been battle tested and have proven ourselves beyond any shadow of doubt. We’re the real deal and we’re in this to produce positive results. Maybe the ADL will one day make a martyr of us, but until they do, we will NOT be bullied or be forced to bow before any tyrant.

Press Release: ADL Attacks Freedom of Speech by “Shooting the Messenger.”

James Edwards wonders how his weekly program, broadcast on Sunday afternoon from an old-fashioned AM radio station in West Tennessee, could provoke the wrath of the Anti-Defamation League. Edwards, youthful host of “The Political Cesspool” show, never expected to be labeled a “white supremacist” and the star of hate radio because of a fifteen-minute interview with Pat Buchanan. But then, the powerful Jewish lobby group avoids polite language when profiling perceived enemies like Edwards and Buchanan. The words “racist”, “extremist”, “terrorism”, and “hate” pop up all over the ADL website like toadstools.

“I am amazed that an organization that has twisted the words ‘Merry Christmas’ into hate speech can accuse anyone of bigotry,” said Edwards, “the ADL has demanded the removal of Nativity scenes from public property, and dictates what public schools can display during the Christmas season, but I am smeared as a vendor of hate because I interview people the ADL hates. I pray for them, I really do.”

The ADL lashed out at Edwards following a discussion with Pat Buchanan about his latest book, Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War: How Britain Lost Its Empire and the West Lost the World. Buchanan, who has enjoyed careers as a Republican speech writer, presidential candidate, and rapid-fire political commentator, surmises that there would have been no Holocaust if there had been no World War II, and blames the British for signing military pacts with Poland which forced Germany into a war Hitler didn’t want to fight. Buchanan’s book is not the type of history the ADL condones, which has inflamed the group’s evident distain for Buchanan himself. The ADL now claims that Buchanan “has a long history of racist and anti-Semitic comments”, which include praise of aviator-hero Charles Lindbergh.

Despite the ADL attack and the criticisms against his show, James Edwards soldiers on. He points out that the extensive list of past guests on the show, which is posted on the Political Cesspool website, features some of the biggest names in American politics, including minorities. There is no politically-correct criteria for selecting guests; Edwards picks guests that fit the program’s self-described reputation as “the South’s foremost populist radio show.”

However, Edwards is aware that the ADL will come sniffing around for toadstools again. “Regardless of who we invite on the show, we will continue to exercise our right to free speech unregulated by the ADL, the SPLC, or any other ‘thought gangsters’,” says Edwards. “I realize that the name Adolf Hitler triggers blood lust at the ADL. The only name they hate worse is Jesus Christ.”

Sonny Landham declares candidacy for US Senate!

 
Action movie star Sonny Landham (Predator; 48 Hours) has been a friend of The Political Cesspool Radio Program since 2004, when he came to Memphis and delivered the keynote address for our radio program's kickoff party.  The event drew a standing room only crowd at a local venue and served as the official beginning of this historic show.
 
Sonny has stayed in close contact ever since, having appeared as our on-air guest numerous times.  James Edwards and his wife attended Sonny's wedding in Kentucky in 2006.  Now, he's running for US Senate!
 
Mr. Landham made the campaign announcement at a press conference last Wednesday at the Kentucky Capitol in Frankfort.  The news was immediately picked up by the Associated Press and the story has now appeared in over 200 newspapers nationwide, including the Chicago Tribune, the New York Daily News, and many others.  We spoke with Sonny via telephone yesterday and he confirmed to us his intentions.
