    Hi
Some great info here. I just wanted to add that a friend of mine had some improvement in symptoms from following a wheat-free, dairy-free diet. might help other readers?

Also that the best advice he was given upon diagnosis was to keep a positive outlook - however hard it might seem to find them at times! what we focus on grows, as they say :-)

After 2-3 dire years with M.E., I'm glad to say he's now pretty healthy.

wishing you and your readers well.
    Jo

Hello Sheila, It will be a pleasure adding your book to my lens. Fibromyalgia is a terribly debilitating condition that is not unlike Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I wish you all the best in your writing endeavours. I also write children's stories, so we have another thing in common. Best wishes - Andie
