My Squidoo Story

My name is Andrew and I am a 24-year-old guy, currently self-employed and working online. Squidoo actually provides a substantial part of my income. I joined this website back in 2007, since the idea of getting paid for writing about things you like seemed really cool to me. Four years later, I've got around 170 lenses bringing in a few hundred dollars every month.

Most of my articles have to do with my hobbies and interests: technology, fantasy & sci-fi, video games, anime, and funny random stuff from the internet. I've also written a few lenses on online marketing topics. I do not call myself an expert in this area, but when you're publishing content on a website like Squidoo, you inevitably start thinking about how to attract more visitors to your pages.

This is my lensography lens, where you will find some of the pages I've created on Squidoo sorted by topic. Feel free to visit them and take a closer look.

Anime Lenses

I enjoy watching Japanese animated TV series and movies, known among fans as "anime". In fact, "Top Anime List" is my #1 lens by total visitors (over 2 million at this point), and also the first lens I've made on Squidoo.

I enjoy video games, so gaming lenses make up a large part of my Squidoo portfolio. (Ha, "portfolio" is such an impressive-sounding word).

Squidoography
Squidoography is my Squidoo blog. I mostly write about my payouts here, and occasionally share some interesting (I hope) stuff regarding Squidoo or online marketing in general.
My Zujava profile
Zujava is a new website that is very similar to Squidoo. This is my profile with a list of articles ("leaves") I've published so far. I thought it might be a good idea to expand to other websites so I don't have to rely on Squidoo payouts so much.
My Pinterest profile
I have a variety of Boards on topics that interest me the most. These include Tech, Science, Gaming, Anime, and some others.

    I'm going to apply for the Giant Squid program and need to create a lensography lens myself. This a great example, thanks.

    Maybe a table of contents would be good to add.
