Chad Wuertz

Chad Wuertz is originally from the Louisiana area, however attended and graduated from High School in Indiana. He completed his education at the Indiana University School of Law and also attended the United States Army Military Intelligence School. Mr. Wuertz retains membership in several professional organizations, including national, state and local bar associations. He is approved to practice law in District and State courts, as well as the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

In 2008, Zach Rosenbarger came on board the team at Wuertz Law Office. The need for another associate was necessary given the number of cases being brought to the firm. Mr. Rosenbarger fits in perfectly at the practice, specializing in may of the same legal concerns. He also brings with experience working in the Public Defender Agency in Marion County. His knowledge of the juvenile court system has proven to be a tremendous asset to the Wuertz Law Office, in addition to his vast legal expertise.
