As a quick guide, stand up and measure the distance from the floor to the inside of your knee joint. Provided the seat has some adjustment either side of this measurement you should be fine.
Seat Depth Adjustment
Ideally, you want to have a seat that allows you to adjust the seat depth to suit your leg length. Now, if you are of average height you might just be able to do without sliding seat depth adjustment.
However, if you are over or under average height you really should include this feature.
Height Adjustable Back
The chair back height needs to be adjustable to give you good support for your lower back. Avoid chairs that have excessive foam lumbar supports as they're more likely to be uncomfortable than beneficial.
Height Adjustable Arms
Whist not essential, it's a good thing to be able to adjust the arm height to suit your own needs. When correctly set your arms should form an approximate right angle to your body and rest easily on the chair armrests.
