I've never gathered it to use in anything, other than to toss it into the chicken pen if I haven't been letting them run free. It would seem likely that it could be harvested to make tea, or any number of other chamomile potions.
Very hardy and doesn't seem in the least to mind being drivin on, or trod upon, it just springs right back, better than ever
