Change or Update your Trademark Information
Need to Edit your Trademark's Registration Information?
This guide will help you get around to editing your registered trademark's information. So, if you've registered the trademark under an old phone number, mailing or e-mail address -- editing that old information is a simple and painless process!
Your first stop should be the US Patent & Trademark Office's Trademark Electronic Application System, which presents you with two options: "Change of Correspondence Address Form" and "Change Of Owner's Address Form."
In order to make changes to your trademark of any sort, you'll need your trademark's serial number, and you'll also need to be the actual trademark owner or attorney appointed to manage the trademark.

Editing Trademark Information
Change of Correspondence Address Form
Edit your trademark's address information
The Change of Correspondence Address Form is what you'll need to fill out if you need to edit your address in which all correspondence is sent to (business owners, you should set this to your P.O. Box or office address).
Change Of Owner's Address Form
Edit your personal contact information
The Change Of Owner's Address Form is used to change your personal address and contact information. This may or may not be identical to whatever you set for your trademark. So, if you've set your contact (i.e., home) address to also be the "correspondence" address of the trademark, you'll have to edit both addresses using both forms, if need be.
Change of Power of Attorney or Appointment of Domestic Representative
Change or drop those with Power of Attorney for your TM
If you'd like to revoke or appoint Powers of Attorney to someone for usage of your trademark, fill out the Revocation of Attorney/Domestic Representative and/or Appointment of Attorney/Domestic Representative form.
