Change Your Mindset - Simply Meditate!

It's kind of sneaky, this is the cheats way - it's so easy!!!!!

Mediation was my answer, although I didn't know it when I ordered the initial program.

Meditation, to me, was what "other people" did, not me. At first I felt very self conscious in front of my family. However, after a very short time, it was very clear that something was happening. I didn't care what they thought and I'm so glad I persisted.

The program I used was Holosync - Awakening Prologue, you many have heard of it. It's a 3 month program, which is a complete program in itself, however I had become hooked and have gone onto the next levels. I am currently on the Purification level - 4 years later, and I will never stop Holosync, bottom line, it saved my life.

Holosync is How I changed my mindset, from a negative, angry, stressful horrid person, to a very calm, patient person.

I can hardly believe it myself. Even 4 years later, I still stun myself with how I handle certain situation.

Change Your Mindset and Change Your Self Image Too. 

Everyone has an opinion of themselves, it's called their self image. When you set out to change your mindset, your self image will automatically evolve with it. Your self image determines how much money you earn, to the clothes you wear, the car you drive, the style of house you live it etc. Basically the way you see yourself.

If you have the mindset of a wealthy person, who earns a substantial amount each year, then that is exactly what you will be. On the contrary, if you see yourself as a low income earner and you can only afford clothes from the second hand shop - then you guessed it, that's how you will be.

Change Your Mindset - How Does Visualization Work? 

One way is Visualization to change your mindset I love this concept. I use it while I am meditating and I know it works because I have used it regularly for the past 10 years. The mind thinks in pictures, so it makes sense to see yourself as positive, being happy, having fun, driving that Ferrari you always wanted or whatever it is that you are trying to achieve.

It's not hard to do, and it doesn't take hours which is great. You can visualize yourself in your new home or on a vacation etc just before you go to sleep. Spend 5 minutes just reveling in your goal - in fact just before you fall asleep is the best time to visualize, because your mind is in a different state as soon as you close your eyes. Its called the Alpha state and your mind has slowed down, and is more receptive to your ideas.

It's very easy to visualise and the more you practice the better you will become at it. However, its not something that will work if you are only doing it once a month. Stick at it regularly, every night and reap the rewards to a new and improved mindset.
