HelixSys is 3CCCs' process for achieving smooth, practical, evolutionary systemic "change" at all levels. HelixSys is an evidence-based, change management tool that unlocks the latent knowledge, creative ideas and intellectual power of your people in creating sustainable change at any level in the organisation.

HelixSys was inspired by the work of Peter Senge and his colleagues, and the publication of the U-model by the Society of Organisational Learning. It is designed to provide a radical but efficient method of evaluating need, creating response based on new thinking, implementing rapidly whilst dynamically adapting to changing circumstances during the period - reformulating as the operating environment itself evolves, no matter how complex the structure or how difficult the task.

Recognising the need for economy AMA and the 3CCCs team supply ASK MAX, an e-mail based 24/7 coaching and mentoring service offering significant cost reduction over traditional 0ne-to-One coaching.

Ask Max has been supplied since 1999 and first went into use with Sainsburys. Prices are as low as £35-54 pcm per person actually using the service and supports change, stressed-organisations and other business objectives.
