The following products are needed to contour: Your regular foundation, a one shade lighter foundation, one shade lighter concealer,loose translucent powder, brown bronzing powder, or a no shimmer brown powder. If you do not have a brown loose or pressed powder, a brown eye shadow will work, an eye shadow brush, a small blush brush.Now your ready.
Apply the lighter shade of foundation under your eyes,then apply your regular foundation as needed in the other areas.
Want to bring out your good features? Apply the lighter shade foundation or concealer to your good features. Blend.
Need to make your nose less wide?Apply a darker shade to inner nose.Not outer nose.Applying it to outer nose will widen nose. See picture.I have a thin nose so I widen my nose in the picture.You can tell the difference when you experiment with your face..Blend. Blending is important! - I agree. The darker shade to the inner nose helps make it appear more narrow. You can use a darker shade or bronzer to contour many areas of the face. For example, a little bronzer under the cheek bone, gives it a little lift. Then apply your blush on the apples of the cheeks continuing it up the cheek bone toward the temple. Motives by Loren Ridinger has a duo compact containing a bronzer / blush duo that works on any skin tone! You can use half of the compact for contouring and the other half for color.
