Chantal Kreviazuk - Singer & Songwriter
Chantal Kreviazuk is a classicly trained pianist who turned to songwriting, and pop & contemporary music. She is married to Raine Maida of the rock group, "Our Lady Peace". She is the mother of 3 children. Her 3rd child, Salvador "Sal" Daniel, was born last year on June 28, 2008.
Her passion and sole is reflected in her music and songwriting. She has co-written many songs with her husband, Raine Maida, for Avril Lavigne. They have also co-written songs for many other artists including Kelly Clarkson, Marion Raven, Cheyenne Kimbal, and David Cook. In October, 2009 Chantal Krevizauk's new album "Plain Jane" was released.
