Why should someone buy Chantex? Because it really works to help you stop smoking. I smoked for 20 years. I tried the patch and Zyban and neither one worked for me. When I tried Chantex, I just stopped craving cigarettes. Slowly day by day I would smoke less and less. It stops your body from absorbing nicotine. When you smoke, the nicotine is picked up by receptors in your brain and produces dopamine which gives the feeling of pleasure you receive from smoking. Chantex stops your brain from absorbing the nicotine, therefore you no longer feel the pleasure when you smoke. It kind of makes smoking pointless. It also takes away the physical cravings for cigarettes once it gets built up in your system.
The hardest part of not smoking even on Chantex is the psychological cravings. It takes work to change your smoking habits. However, if you should have a slip and smoke, it is not a problem. You body will not absorb the nicotine so there will not be any physical withdrawal. I did notice that if I smoked a lot while on Chantex that I would become nauseated. That was the only negative side effect that I noticed. As far as other side effects, I had really vivid dreams. I actually enjoyed them.
The cost for covering smoking related illnesses are greater than the cost. Over the counter smoking cessation medications, such as the patch and nicotine gum, are cheaper than Chantex. The prescription medication Zyban is also cheaper, however, according to scientific testing Chantex is nearly twice as effective as these older products.
If you are serious about stopping smoking you need to buy Chantex. It is, by far, the easiest way with the least amount of physical withdrawal symptoms.

Obviously, most people who decide to buy Chantex have tried to quit smoking several times before. This poll measures how many times our visitors have tried to quit.
"I set my quit day at 2 weeks from the day that I started Chantex. At the end of the first week, I was smoking about a half of what I normally smoke. I didn't think about smoking much. When the end of 2 weeks came, I could CHOOSE not to smoke! Really, cigarettes just tasted aweful to me, there was no pleasure in even smoking one! just YUK!" -RandyI am on my second week in the start up pack and I don't have the desire to smoke anymore. I was smoking 1 1/2 packs a day. For all you people that are thinking about it, DO IT!

I HAVEN'T STARTED CHANTEX YET BUT WILL BE. I DO HAVE THE PERSCRIPTION IN MY BAG. I DID JOIN A CLASS (6 WEEKS LONG). I START THE CLASS THIS COMING MONDAY. IT IS AN HOUR LONG, ONCE A WEEK. AFTER THE FIRST CLASS I AM GOING TO GO GET MY PILLS AND START TAKING THEM. GOING TO THE CLASSES WHILE JUST STARTING THE PILL WILL HELP ME OUT HOPEFULLY. I REALLY NEED TO QUIT FOR ME AS WELL AS FOR THE ONES THAT I LOVE, ESPECIALLY MY GRANDDAUGHTER. SHE IS ALWAYS ON MY CASE ABOUT IT. THE FUNNY THING IS, EVERYTHING SHE SAYS TO ME IS TRUE. HOW EMBARRASSING IS THAT?? CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE DONE IT AND FOR THOSE WHO ARE STILL TRYING...WE WILL DO IT. KEEP THE FAITH AND GOOD LUCK.

It works. I didn't know you could still smoke while on it, so I had gotten down to about one or two smokes a day when I started taking it. 8 weeks later and I haven't had a smoke since. 20 year smoker

My stop smoking date was Nov. 5, 2007 and I have not looked back. I consider myself a non-smoker now! I tried the patch, gum & Wellbutrin, none of those worked for me, but Chantix did. Good luck to everyone who wants to quit. Chantix is definately the way to go.

Hi I have been on it for 4 weeks with little craving, I think I can make it. I have a question though, since the nicotiene is out of my body and the habbit part is gone, why do I need to keep taking these pills?

I started smoking 40 years ago and have tried everything on the market to quit several times. I can't believe how well Chantix works. The best part is the nicotine is out of your system fast unlike other products that ween you off. I'm now smoke free and will stay that way after 3 weeks.

I've smoked for 35 years and chantex is honestly the only stop- smoking aid that has truelly worked for me . I used to smoke about 1and1/2 packs a day...now I smoke about 10 a day, just out of habit, not because I am craving a cigerette. When I do smoke I usually put it out after a few nasty drags.

This medicine is amazing, like most i have tried to quit and failed many times. My wife decided to try chantex so i got my own prescription. i began to take it with her but really had no desire to quit (trying to be supportive) after a week i couldn't even look at a smoke. smoke free 1 week!

I started smoking at age 14, I'm 54 now. So I've been smoking and dipping tobacco for 40 years now. Started Chantex 12 days ago and what is amazing to me is that I'm not craving any tobacco. Hope that it continues. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to quit before. I'm not all moody either!

I started taking chantex 11 days ago and now have been smoke free for 7 days. It only took me four days to quit and I was smoking a pack a day. I have been a bit crabby at times. I am having really vivd dreams and my throat is really scratchy. But this is all worth because I am now a non-smoker!

I have been on it for 10 days now and I was wondering has anybody else had this problem...it seems that right after I take the pill I get really cold. I have goose bumps and am literally freezing!

Chantex was great. I was a smoker @ age 15 now, at 41 decided it was time. 3 girls at the office started this journey, I am the big only success story (so far). I started the pack on Jan 31 this yr, was smoke free by my sons 8th birthday Feb 7. I quit all pills April 4th. and have not looked back

I have been on the Chantex for 3 weeks. Most of the time I don't want to smoke, but I keep clearing my throat and my voice sounds a little hoarse. Does anyone else have that?. I have been a little crabby at times.

I've been a smoker for over 30 years.I've never been able to quit.I tried the products mentioned above.I am on Day 20 of not smoking, using Chanex. Feeling great! My insurance doesn't cover Chantex, but as my Doctor explained, they don't pay for my cigarettes either. I'm done with smoking, forever!

On top of the cost of cigarettes, my insurance company at work is adding $5 a week to the cost of our insurance if we are smokers (routine swab test). This medicine is covered on our perscription plan so I'm about to try it out! I'm so excited about hearing all of the good feedback given!!!

25 years of heavy smoking. i tryed it all to quit. patch, inhailers, losengers, hypno. then i use chantex i havent smoked or wanted to smoke for 3 1/2 months now. this is the greatest. my dad died from smoking i couldnt quit i had a heart attack still couldnt quit. CHANTEX MADE QUITING EASY THANKS.

29 days smoke free on Chantix. I have reduced the dosage to one per day. Toughest part was the pyschological association of morning coffee and a cig, driving and cigs etc. To help break the association, we quit smoking in the house a month before our quit date

I would love to take the medicine, but our insurance don't cover for the medicine. I need to quit bad just found out I have three leaky valves in my heart. I am 47 years old.

On my 7th day now, and starting my 2mg per day tomorrow. I am shocked that this stuff REALLY works. I gave a homeless man 2 packs of smokes today just to get them out of my car. I have about 6 cigs sitting in my car and have no desire to smoke them...so i will be tossing those tomorrow morning!!

I was worried as the quit date came closer-I shouldn't have been. The desire to smoke and the pleasure derived became non-existant. Like I never smoked.Even before the quit date I could only take a couple of drags/cig. Had nausea (better than cancer). Bummer is this hasn't worked for my husband:( Posted July 09, 2007 |
I keep getting diagnosed w/pneumonia and I have asemia and have had it for a long time. I just want my LUNGS back so that I can breath normally again

Unless you do something now, one more day will turn into a week... then a month... then another year...
