A Gallery of Charcoal Art!
I then tried a reverse art which is a rare form of art. Instead of black charcoal on white I started to use black paper to bring out highlights instead of shadows. The results were awesome! I have a few pieces shown and will display others later.
The art is for your enjoyment so Enjoy!

INCOME FOR THE STARVING ARTIST
As you can see I am an artist and I love what I do. But I would starve to death if I tried to survive on my art alone. Not that I think my art is bad because I get a lot of complements on my art. The problem is that, just like every other artist, I have to get my art noticed and hopefully find art lovers who enjoy my art work. Now, that could happen today or in 20 years and I don't have 20 years. Do you?
I have put together a blog to share with all my art friends that there is a way to create an income online so, we can spend more time enjoying the life of an artist. We won't have to worry if our art doesn't sell anymore!
Go to Starving Artist Income and read about this great opportunity for artists.

Martin Luther King Portrait by AtomicUs5000
Martin Luther King Jr Portrait (watch in hd)
Portrait of Martin Luther King Jr (January 15, 1929 April 4, 1968) Featuring 'MLK Rap' by PapaJ48 http://www.youtube.com/user/papaj48 Martin Luther King Jr was one of America's most influential civil rights activists focusing on the inequality and injustice faced by Black Americans. At the age of thirty-five, Martin Luther King, Jr., was the youngest man to have received the Nobel Peace Prize. On April 4, 1968, while standing on a hotel balcony in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was to lead a protest, he was assassinated. In his honor, America has instigated a national Martin Luther King day, which is observed on the third Monday in January. He remains symbolic of America's fight for justice and racial equality.

Beautiful Legs
Beautiful Legs was my first charcoal art drawing I experimented with white charcoal to bring out the highlights instead of the shadows. I loved the way it turned out so I did the Callas Lilies shown below. My next art piece using this technique is a piano with a yellow Rose.Click here for Larger Size!

DoveNHands
I don't know why but this art piece doesn't get that much attention. I like the detail in the hands and realistic it turned out. I will be doing more art with hands in the future. I still have theDove N Hands!

- Wonderful lens and art work. I took an art class once. The art instructor stood behind me and watched me draw grapes in a bowl. He said, "You call those awful things GRAPES??" An artist I'm not, but I do enjoy good work. 5 and fave.
