Did you know that in the US this year 2009 over 12,000,000 people will participate in a walkathon, charity walk fundraiser? In fact over 3 million people walk and fundraise in one of 4930 Relay for Life walks, one million do a Heart Walk, & a couple of million more inspire us all walking multiple days in the Avon Walk and Susan Komen 3 Day Walk for breast cancer. In 2008 YOU raised well over TWO BILLION dollars! You walk, you laugh, you cry, you ache but most of all YOU make a difference, a difference for one person and for a cause!
