Whether you are looking for a swanky condo in uptown Charlotte, a traditional southern charmer in Myers Park, a home with elbow room in Ballantyne or a cool Lake Norman or Lake Wylie retreat -- we'd better get busy because there's a lot to see!
- Uptown Urban | Myers Park Lifestyle (swanky)

- South Charlotte | Ballantyne
- The south and southeast portions of Charlotte are known for rapid growth, wealth of shopping opportunities and abundant area amenities. Historic towns of Matthews and Mint Hill offer residents the true small town charm with all the conveniences of a city nearby. The relatively new Ballantyne area has become a cultural and recreational destination.

- Northeast Charlotte & UNCC Area
- In the past decade, this area has seen tremendous growth and has now become a true blend of cultures, neighborhoods, and historical landmarks.

- North Charlotte & Davidson
- Realtor Area 1 is bordered by I-77 and Lake Norman to the West, Cabarrus County to the East and University City to the South. This area includes Huntersville, Davidson and Cornelius & offers easy access to both Charlotte and the lake area making this a desirable place to live for many families.

- Lake Norman Area
- Created in 1963, Lake Norman, the largest man-made lake in North Carolina, extends across four counties creating an ideal environment to work and live. It is sometimes called an "Inland Sea," with more than 532 miles of shoreline.

- Union County
- Established in 1842, Union County is THE fastest growing counties in North Carolina. It provides a unique blend of rural and metropolitan lifestyles. If hiking and horses are your passion, this is the place, as there are numerous greenways and trails dotting the county. In fact, Union County is home to the largest equestrian population in the entire state. (and there are a lot of nice eople too!)

- Lake Wylie, York County SC
- Many people have migrated to York and Lancaster Counties, South Carolina from the metro Charlotte region in the last several years. The South Carolina State line is only a short drive south of Uptown Charlotte. Its close proximity to Charlotte, bordering Lake Wylie, makes this geographical area an excellent place to live.
