I have over 20 years experience in the IT industry, I have a Masters of Business Administration (specializing in Internet Marketing) and I run my own businesses.

I guess you could call me a bit of a tomboy. I never really liked wearing dresses or skirts and preferred to wear jeans most of the time. That way,I could get out and 'play' games and such.

When I was 12, my Dad got me interested in electronics and I received my Amateur Radio licence. I was one of the youngest in Australia to ever do so....

As a teenager, I used to race motorbikes on flat track and motocross. I loved it and I fell off A LOT! I still bear scars today of some of the more spectacular prangs. We even have some on video somewhere! Racing motor bikes wasn't just about racing though - I learnt how to service my own bike, replace the piston and rings and basically rebuild a 2 stroke motor. This helped no end when I bought my first car - my Dad and I rebuilt the engine because of a problem.

I left school at 16 years old and went to work straight away in an Electronics Unit and studied an Associate Diploma in Electronic Engineering. I was the only woman working in my area and 1 of only 3 or 4 females at the technical college I attended. I always knew I wanted to work with Electronics and, back then (all those many many years ago), computers were just starting to make an appearance. I guess I was in the right place, at the right time to do something I really loved.

However, it wasn't quite enough! In 2000, after having my two children, I studied a Masters of Business Admin and that set me on the path to owning my own businesses.

Now 20+ years on, I work with computers and the internet and help others get their businesses online too.

I work across a number of different sites and social networks. I like to 'meet' people with similar interests and develop relationships that may, or may not, lead to business. It doesn't matter! I have met some of the best people online. You can connect with me at:
