Charm School 101
It's Not Outdated
A Little Charm Goes A Long Way
One dictionary defines it as:"a power of pleasing or attracting, as through personality or beauty"
Through the years I've compiled many of my own notes and handouts from various charm schools and other resources. I have also taught workshops and classes on Poise & Charm. I look forward to sharing some of the keys I've discovered here on this lens.
What Is Charm?
Developing Charm
Key #1: Self-Concept
Know Thyself
Begin by framing your current self concept. Your self-concept is composed of all the beliefs and attitudes you have about yourself. They actually determine who you are. They also determine what you think you are, what you do, and what you can become.
Key #2: Appearance
The Power of Image
While there are a few fun tips on simple ways to help you master the art of balanced style, the most important thing to understand is how parallel your appearance is to your personality and lifestyle. Therefore, if you desire to better your life an easy starting point is to better your appearance.
Key #3: Interaction
Conquer or Crumble
In a world that is so technically overrun, it is more important than ever to understand and master the qualities of successful interaction and social skills.

- I love 'charm-ful' people as long as they are sincere and it is part of their personality. I know a few who are 'utterly charming, dear', but it is totally cultivated and very obviously false. I was married to one of them! Good lens.
