Through the years I've compiled many of my own notes and handouts from various charm schools and other resources. I have also taught workshops and classes on Poise & Charm. I look forward to sharing some of the keys I've discovered here on this lens.

Key #1: Self-Concept
Know Thyself
The saying goes that a target to be hit, must first be seen. So it is with charm. To share the gift you must first have it in your possession. You can't help bring the best of others to the surface until you've learned how to do it for yourself.Begin by framing your current self concept. Your self-concept is composed of all the beliefs and attitudes you have about yourself. They actually determine who you are. They also determine what you think you are, what you do, and what you can become.
Key #2: Appearance
The Power of Image
How you dress and appear on the outside is a direct reflection of how you feel on the inside. It is also a key communicator to others about the type of person you are.While there are a few fun tips on simple ways to help you master the art of balanced style, the most important thing to understand is how parallel your appearance is to your personality and lifestyle. Therefore, if you desire to better your life an easy starting point is to better your appearance.
Key #3: Interaction
Conquer or Crumble
To be truly successful, one must master the skills of human interaction. It is not enough to have textbook knowledge. You must live it, breath it, develop it, nourish it, and use it - EVERY day.In a world that is so technically overrun, it is more important than ever to understand and master the qualities of successful interaction and social skills.
