Cheap Halloween Costume Idea

Face paint can really make or break your look if you are going to be the Jolly Green Giant. It is so inexpensive and simple to do, but most people don't want to bother with the mess and wind up purchasing a costume that doesn't require face paint.

1. There is always the traditional ghost! All you need is an old white sheet. Cut out holes for the eyes and place it over your head. You are done! It is a timeless cheap halloween costume idea for anyone. While it does lack a little in creativity, its simplicity is fantastic. Your child can wear it trick or treating with lots of layers underneath.

2. A hobo. Think about it - all you will need is some cast away, worn looking clothing. Maybe add a touch of facepaint for special effect.

3. Ugly Betty - Do you have ugly clothes in your closet that you can mismatch? Can you borrow some hideous eyeglasses from a friend. Go as Ugly Betty from the television series. If you already have ugly clothes, you won't have to spend a dime!

4. Change professions! Do you have a friend who wears a uniform? You could always borrow some scrubs and become a doctor or a nurse. Find a friend who is a plumber and wear their outfit. Or wear white clothing and a utility belt with some tools. It is easy and its free!
