Surfing is FUN-TASTIC Sport

Although surfing is one of the extreme sports, but, many people love to do it for fun. The challenge and pumping adrenaline are their goal as a wave surfer and breaker.

It is not quite difficult to learn this kind of sport, the main thing is practicing, practicing and practicing. No different between surfing and riding the bicycle, right? All are the same in BALANCING.

Well, I think it is enough to motivate you to ride the wave sooner. Before you splash into the water you need little bit tips and tricks and off course a surfboard. I'll give you in this lens. Keep on practicing! Don't give up!

How to Choose a Surfboard For Beginners

Long board or Fun Board?

There is a misconception to a lot of people about the true surfboard for beginner. They think of a long board or a fun board as a beginner surfboard. As the matter of fact, we put beginners on because it's going to suit them better. It's good boards to start on, but don't think it's just a surfboard for a beginner.

Many people who have surfed their whole lives still ride long boards and it's more of a style than a beginner's surfboard. But because of the volume, the amount of foam in them, it's a very good board to begin on. Very sturdy, most of them range from around 9 to 10 feet long, very wide and very thick. So you have a lot of foam, a lot of floatability, gives you a lot of stability to jump on, stand on and very easy to paddle into a wave.

Fun board also is a good board. A lot of people, before going to ride a short board, eventually they ride fun board at first. it has the volume length, width, thicknedd of a not quite long board but it's between a long board and a short board, but it gives them that versatility. It's easier to get around, maneuverability, things like that.
