Toddler Bed ~ When?
when is the right time to move your toddler to a big kid bed?
There's no hard and fast rule when it comes to moving a toddler to a "big kid" bed. It really depends on a few factors.It's best not to move your toddler before they are ready.
Generally kids will be ready to make the move between the ages of 1 1/2 to 3 1/2.
It's suggested to wait until closer to 3 to move a toddler, but if they become too big, or too active for their crib you will have to move them.
The other reason you will need to make the transition is if they are potty trained, they will need to be able to get out of bed to use the toilet during the night.
