Tired Of Hunting For Video Game Deals?
Do you spend way too much time looking at individual store advertisements for sales on video games? Having trouble finding a game that you love? Want to know if a certain store has Nintendo Wii in stock? Don't know when Amazon.com will have Gold Box deals on games that are only available for a few hours?
I want to introduce to you one of my top 3 favorite websites on the ENTIRE Internet - CAG.

What is CAG?
CAG is an online community of gamers that post deals for video games that people find online or in brick and mortar stores (and you can also find deals on movies, TVs and more as well on CAG).
CheapyD is the head cheap ass and the man in charge of Cheap Ass Gamer. That's a picture of him to the right. Yes, that's what he looks like in real life. Actually, look at the YouTube video below to see the real CheapyD."

Video Game Deals
The Cheap Ass Gamer's main focus is on video game deals (new and used games). Thousands of gamers like you and I are scanning for all and any deals to save money on buying games (instead of paying full price). The CAG website is updated every minute by gamers. You should really visit the site often because you never know when a deal will become available.
True story ahead: Toys R Us had a buy one, get one half-off sale. But the Toys R Us website had a glitch and instead of half-off, they were giving away the second game for free. But how do you know when this happens? You check Cheap Ass Gamer for up-to-date info. Video game deals are posted all the time and if you are there at the right time, you might just luck out on a good video game deal (it's always good to brag about it too).
Of course every Sunday brings out the weekly-ad game deals. If it takes you too much time to sift through all the store ads or maybe you don't even get all the weekly-ads, CAG is an excellent place to find all the Sunday deals. CAG has the deals all in one location and all on one screen instead of searching in several different places. CheapyD even gives his picks of the week of the best deals from the Sunday ads.
CAG will list video game deals for all consoles and computer games. Even older games for the GameCube and Playstation One can have deals at used game stores that may be running a promotion that you can certainly find on Cheap Ass Gamer.

CAG Forums
Video Game Deals
You can read about current game deals here or if you know of deal that hasn't been posted yet, you may post it to the gamer community.
Request A Video Game Deal
Someone may be able to find what you are looking for if you post in this forum. However, be smart about this. You can't expect to get a $50 Nintendo Wi. The only way you would get that is if the Wii survived a fire.
DVD And Blu-ray Deals
If you like movies (who doesn't?), you will want to keep an eye on this forum for the latest deals on new and older movies including TV box sets. Like the video game forums, you will find deals from the Sunday ads here as well as unadvertised sales.
Contests And Free Stuff
Learn about all the different contests and giveaways in this forum category (not all are video game related). Some promotions are based on pizza, cola, DVDs and more.
Game Trading
CAG is an excellent place to trade games. You have a built-in gamer community that naturally has a lot of games. Forget about the rising costs of eBay! Trade with fellow cheap asses if you are looking for a certain game.
Video Game Auctions
Do you have an auction related to video games (possibly something else like DVDs)? Do you know of an auction that fellow cheap ass gamers would be interested in? Post those auctions in the video game auctions forum to get a little more traffic to those auction sites.
Industry News
Talk about what is going on with the Big 3 in the industry news forum. Did you think Nintendo's 2008 E3 press conference was weak? Tired of the Xbox 360 having a failure rate of about 20% and Microsoft losing millions of dollars on future console repairs instead of just building a quality console in the first place (maybe when the Xbox Vista is released)? Are you worried about the exclusive games Sony once had for the Playstation that are now also on the Xbox "red ring of death" 360 (Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy)? Excited about a new game that will be released? Let your feelings be heard!
There are PLENTY more forum categories to post or answer. You can even create your own blog on Cheap Ass Gamer. To really appreciate CAG, you will need to register (it's free). This will allow unlimited access to the site. There is so much to look at on CAG that you could spend the entire day searching and talking about game deals, movies, girls, fantasy football and more.

Cheap Ass Gamer - Your Source For ALL Game Deals
The only downside to the CAG website is it may be a little slow to load the homepage. But really all this means is it's loading up incredible deals found all on one website that is going to save you a ton of cash and time (no hunting around to all the different video game retailer websites).
Cheap Ass Gamer 2.0 was launched in July 2008 and makes the site even more user-friendly. One of my favorite new features is the new zoom function on select pictures (click an image with a magnifying glass and it will zoom in without opening a new window or popup - cool!). You can even move forum modules around on the homepage to your liking.
Cheap Ass Gamer has a community of gamers ready to alert everyone of good video game and movie deals whether that deal is at Best Buy, Walmart, Toys R Us, GameStop, Amazon.com or any other store (online or offline). Bookmark Cheap Ass Gamer and visit this site at least once a day, but if you don't want to miss out on any deals, you may want to visit several times a day. Of course you can subscribe to the RSS feed as well.
