The Adaland Waterpark and Dolphin Park in Kusadasi. Although the Waterpark and Sea Park closes on October 5 the dolphin Park remains open until the end of October. For 80 euros you can swim with the dolphins, although advanced bookings may be necessary. There are also water parks located around the Dalaman and city areas although closing dates need to be checked as some parks close by the beginning of October.

The children might also enjoy a boat trip to the Greek island of Samos. The trip leaves from Kusadasi and takes around 90 minutes. Tickets are available from agents and need to be reserved the day before.

Dalaman

Protected by the mountains to the North, the shore around city offers warmer summers than its popular counterparts to the West. Some of its prizewinning offerings are the ancient ruins that dot the coast. Perge is the most complete site along the shore and the ancient city is substantially worth a visit. For those wanting a little more adrenaline there is white water rafting on the Koprulu River.
