  Mp3Panda.com is the best mp3 store at the momeny - has a cool retro-like website and really cheap prices - usually $0.10 per track. They accept credit cards, PayPal, and some other methods (wire transfer,etc). The catalog is great; better than several other sites out there.
  
  Mp3Panda.com has an interesting price structure (or lack of it): usually tracks cost $0.10 - but occasionally they cost $0.12 or $0.13 as well. While that doesn't seem to correspond with file size (song length), it doesn't make much difference in the overall album price. Not only that, but sometimes you get a further discount if you purchase the whole album rather than single tracks; this album with 16 tracks should cost $1.60, but it only costs $0.99 if you purchase the entire album. Now that's a real good deal!
  
  They accept major credit cards, PayPal, and some other less popular payment types (wire transfer). You can even fax or phone your credit card payment in if you want.
  
  You cannot chose the bitrate you'd like to have the MP3 encoded in, and there are no formats other than MP3 available. Songs are usually encoded between 192kbps and higher (usually higher), but there isn't a consistent encoding rate for all albums. Downloading seems to be fast and easy.

  With a very impressive album size, access to a help forum, and prices of $0.15 per track, MP3Sale has as much to offer as any other site. A seemingly large number of payment options and a closely monitored help forum could make MP3Sale more appealing to users than other sites.
  
  Perhaps the most notable difference about MP3Sale is the wide variety of payment options. Credit cards, paypal, amex, discover, electronic debit are the standard payment options. Then come the interesting options: charge directly to your mobile phone (or cell phone for the Americans - yes, it works there too!), or charge to your home phone bill, or a whole host of e-currencies (e-gold, Webmoney, e-silver, etc).
  
  All tracks cost $0.15 - every song, no matter what the length is. However, if you purchase entire albums, you often get a further discount. For example, a random album of 11 tracks should cost $1.65, but costs $1.32 instead (20% less). This is similar to the pricing that Mp3Sale.ru uses (see the review for Mp3Sale.ru right here). Also worth noting is that the catalog seems to be kept very well up to date, with new titles added daily.
  
  Although many of the tracks are encoded at 192kbps and greater, I was able to find some tracks (and albums) encoded at less than optimal rates. While that isn't always a big problem, the customer should take care when choosing albums for download: I was able to find some entire albums encoded at 128kbps, which I don't believe should be there (that is, of course, just my opinion).
  
  One thing that came to my attention during this review was the usefulness of including a forum on the website (most other music providers don't seem to have one at all). They seem to be monitored regularly, and users can make music requests and notify the webmaster of issues with downloaded tracks.

  This site with a funny name offers amazing bonuses: you pay $30 and get an extra $30 worth of credit added to your account (and similarly with $50 or $100). How about the prices? A cool $0.15 per track means you'll make out pretty good, and the encoding rates are usually great : tracks between 192kbps and 320kbps are common (although some tracks have lower rates). Payment methods include all major credit cards (including Amex and Discover), as well as PayPal and WebMoney.
  
  They also have a weekly drawing for an 'unlimited account', where you win unlimited music downloads. That is a pretty attractive prize allright - the only requirement is that you have $100 or more in your account to qualify. This is certainly something that no other sites offer as of yet.
  
  The catalog size is unknown - but I was able to find a rather obscure artist in another article I did recently, which many other sites didn't have at all.
  
  So if you know they have your kind of music in the catalog, then by all means give them a try! You'll get a lot of bang for the buck.
