    I really do like cheapoair their prices are right and they have good customer service, compared some others that I have booked with cheapoair is a dream come true for all travel needs. They really do a very good job!

    I'm writing this a little late as you can see, but I wanted to tell you how much your phone assistant, Germain, helped me fix a problem with a ticket. He tried to tell me the first ticket I agreed to was at two separate airports in NY but it didn't register, and after he had booked it. I realized it and was so upset, not at him, but at myself and the trouble the person I was booking for would have. BUT, Germain, working quickly and quite unexpectedly fixed the problem by managing to cancel the reservation and book the ticket on a flight with no airport change. I was sooooooooooooo grateful to him, and knew he had gone above and beyond duty. So, please pass on my thanks and accept praise for such a great

    I recently bought tickets from Cheapoair and i was flying to moscow, the tickets when i bought online, i realized i had booked the wrong dates, i immediately called the agent who was very kind and helped me to get the date fixed. i think his name was fred. he was very patient and kind, very rarely have i experienced such good customer service. I got the tickets shipped to be next day and i had returned the old tickets back afterwards. the fare was also decent much lower than kayak and other sites that i had check on. Cheapoair made my day and my trip.
