Cheap Purses

I remember the first time I met someone with a purse obsession. She was a very nice lady. She looked just like you or me...until she began speaking about Louis Vuitton purses. She would get this "look". Something like you would imagine Homer Simpson getting when a box of jelly donuts was placed in front of him. That lady could rattle of all kinds of information about her collection of LVMH purses. I believe she owned seven of them. I didn't think that much of it until I asked my wife how much they cost. Wow.

Now, it seems that every other teenage girl is walking around with some type of big name designer purse. I know that I overheard one local Mother talking about spending several hundred on her ten year old daughter's purse because she wouldn't settle for a knock off. I'm not judging, but that is just a world of thinking that is foreign to me.

Anyway, I started looking around and discovered that if you are willing to be careful and ask questions, you really can find people selling the real deal bags on places like eBay. I've read on another website that eBay is motivated to keep the fakes out because of a French lawsuit concerning counterfeit purses.

A lady I currently work with received a genuine Coach bag as a gift and she just did not want it. She asked me if I'd put it on eBay for her. The amount she said she'd take was a fraction of the original cost. The real deal purses ARE out there at decent prices, just be careful. Educate yourself about what you are buying.

eBay can be a great place to look if you just can't swing the $1000 price tags or if you are willing to accept a "gently used" designer purse.

*If you are buying on eBay, CHECK THE SELLER'S FEEDBACK!

*Someone who scams people will not keep a good feedback rating. I would not personally buy from anyone with less than one hundred completed transactions and a feedback of at least 95%.

*Ask to see detailed photos and be sure to ask if the photos are of the actual bag you will receive. A real high ticket designer back should look PERFECT. Absolutely nothing about it should look cheap or questionable from the hardware, to the seams and the tag on the inside. You are paying for that.

*Ask the seller about their return policy.
